J & S Steamway Carpet Cleaning

It was alright. It was easy. I would not use them in future because they're in Alaska and I'm in Colorado.

They did very nice work. I have had them shampooed for me three times. The first time I had a residual odor and they came and took care of it at no costs. They came again and did my entire house and they really do nice work. They are very professional, terrific and I highly recommend them. The last visit was just my downstairs and I have 14 stairs so they didn't do the upstairs bedroom. What I like is that they have multiple tiers of service. For instance, if you had a particular dirty area or if pet odor or allergy issues they can kind of key into those. I am not a pet owner so I did not have to pay for that pay for that premium service. I could tailor make it for my needs and I appreciated that. They called to follow up on their service and to make sure that I was thoroughly satisfied. They were professional and curious and having them in our home wasn't strange.

It turned out to be very good. I think that they are highly respected in this area but they are also very expensive. They do a really good job and they are nice people but you have to be willing to pay their price. You can get your carpets done in the Anchorage area for half the price. They were running a little late at that time.

They did a very nice job. They were quick in responding and we were 100 percent satisfied with the job. We had one room in the stairway done.

They did fine. The have worked for me twice and we have white carpets now. The are more expensive than other carpet cleaners but they do a better job.

They’re okay. We’ve been using them for years. They started to come here when we bought this out and we’ve using them ever since. We’ve been with them ever since they’ve been in business here. My wife likes the system that they use. We’ve never had any problem or difficulty.

They have done a very good work for us. They were consistent with their job. The price has always been reasonable for the type of work that they do. They show up when they are supposed to.

We’re very happy with it. They were really good. Their pricing is a value of what their work is. I would use them again and I may have recommended it to others as well.

They were professional and on time. They cleaned up behind themselves and then went on to the next. It was kind of hard to get in touch with them when their phones go to an automatic robot. I haven't called them back.

Wonderful! It turned out really great. They were very professional and they did a very good job. We call them every year to come and clean ours. Wouldn't use any other company.

I have used them many times and they do a good job. I have like 700 square feet. They have been there a long time and they do a solid job. I will always use them. They are expensive. They are punctual.

They always do a great job. The guy that comes out is always the same guy and he is just very great. He is very easy to talk to and he does everything we want him to. We have them come back every time because they do a good job. They are right on time. They answer questions.

For what I got, I think they're great. That's the only person I would use.

I used them once and I was not so impressed so I went back to another company.

Within a day or so of the cleaning my dogs started "marking" and the tech who came to clean the mattress cleaned up the "marking" spots. I'm thinking the dogs thought there was an "intruder" and had to reestablish the territory. Perhaps the odor of the cleaning solution caused this. I will schedule my next cleaning with Thermax a company you can trust.

i couldn't believe what I saw. The clinician transformed a 30 year old carpet into one which looked almost new. Soiled areas disappeared and all who visited remarked about how great the carpet looked. Thank you

J&S Steamway came to the house and picked up my 8 X 10 oriental rug. It was returned about 1 week later perfectly cleaned. I was impressed with the cleaning of the fringe which hasn't looked this good since the rug was new. I was very pleased with the cleaning and excellent service.

J & S Steamway does an exceptional job. Every technician we have had has been both thorough and professional. The technicians have always informed us of how best to care for our carpet long-term. They make accurate and reasonable recommendations in terms of their services. For instance, we asked about a pet deodorizer and the technician advised us that we did not need it. Scheduling is convenient and the company is genuinely interested in satisfying its customers. I would HIGHLY recommend J & S Steamway. We once used another company and their service and quality wasn't even close to that of J & S Steamway.

I have tried other companies that were less expensive, but I always end up coming back to J&S steamway. They are very nice, professional, and my rugs always look great. If there is any wicking, they are great about coming out the next day to fix.

They did a great job for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them again.

They were very responsive, scheduling me within a week of my call. They were more than prompt -- they were running ahead of time so they were able to come early and finish early. The carpets looked great, although they were heavily stained and we need to ultimately replace them, this bought some more time until the teenager leaves the house! I had a coupon from Angie's List/provider, and so I ended up paying considerably less than what it normally would've cost. We'll be using them again next year, for sure.

J & S did an excellent job from the initial contact by phone to delivery of the perfectly cleaned carpets.

I've used them in the past, very satisfactory. They come when they're supposed to and get a good job done.
