J & S Steamway Carpet Cleaning

They did a fab job. We have used them before and everything was pretty dry. We asked for one of their competent guys. They vacuumed and there was no furniture. It was a really good experience. It was quick.

They were good and seemed more professional than another company I had shampoo the carpet once before. J & S did a very good job. Nothing else particular stood out.

I have not had anything from them recently, but I have used them in the past and I really love the job they do. They seemed pretty knowledgeable. When they were cleaning the stairs they explained why stairs get dirty in the areas they do, especially with the basement underneath. They were not pushy trying to do a sales job. I have had other carpet cleaning services do that. This company would offer to do my upholstery and say it was one of their services, but they did not tell me I really needed it done, which other companies have done. I just thought they were very polite and courteous of the environment there. They were thoughtful of not letting the dog out. I definitely want to use them again and have used them for at least two years in a row. I have been pretty happy. I have done carpet cleaning cheaper, but the service was not as good. Their pricing could be better, but it is not as bad as some. They were very prompt.

We have used them several times and we keep having them come back because they have done well. Their service and work is good. They are efficient and we have been pleased with them. We have lived here for 20 years and we have only used them. Their price is reasonable and their work is good for the price they charge. We have not had problems with them and always have the same person come out.

The work turned out excellent. They got it on the schedule right away, completed the work on time as agreed to and I have no complaints. They are more expensive than other competitors, but you get what you pay for in carpet cleaning.

I’ve used J & S Steamway for a long time. I’ve usually been happy with them. The last time they had a very new technician and he did have a hard plastic thing to put under the furniture. He actually used Saran Wrap and some of it was not a good result. Our house is not large so it wasn't a large area. They need to make sure the technician doesn’t leave in the truck until he got all that stuff he needs to do the job. The metal cup on the bottom of the furniture blood through on the carpet and stained it and I doubted very much that they’d come out. I should have called them right back but I didn’t so my bad on that. The price was fair.

The expereince was fine and we had some probelms but they were back the next day to correct it. They were courteous, professional and they lsitened to what I said. If there some areas that I needed to be worked on, they were going to take care of it. Their price was high but their work was out standing.

They always do good work. I usually have them in about every 6 months to basically clean up traffic. It is between $200-$500 depending on what I have them do. They are timely, efficient and they will back up their work.

I have all floors now because the carpet was giving me too much allergies and I have to clean all the time. It was too expensive for me to have it clean all the time but they do a good service. They do different the chemicals that they have to use that’s why it is so expensive. I wished it would be a little bit cheaper. The quality was excellent. They responded to me quickly. I set up an appointment and they were here on time. They used so many quality stuffs that I wasn’t really impressed.
