The garage door was not working properly. I called Frontier Garage Door. Steve was able to come over in about 30 minutes from the time I called. He arrived promptly, surveyed the issue and began his repair. Fortunately we were not in a situation where the car was stuck in the garage with broken springs. The work was completed which required a part to be replaced. Steve quickly did the replacement and was on his way. I highly recommend Frontier Garage Door for any garage door repairs needed.

Steve answered my call right away, promised to come over almost immediately, arrived exactly when planned, fixed door and presto no more problems. Old-fashioned expert service lives on!

Good service Come and know the wright spring to use and recomend to change both spring rather than one spring because the both spring have same life cyle ( to safe mone on future call for replace another spring) Fast service , very profesional , know what to do

Our garage door opener finally died (circa 1981). We called Steve - was easy to get ahold of and easy to book his services. He gave a time that he'd be over the next day. Unfortunately, he kept us waiting (without word) for a couple of hours. But when he did show up, he got to work right away installing the new opener. He was very friendly and pleasant. As he finished, it was discovered that the new opener wasn't capatible with our fuses. He informed us that he had heard of this issue from Genie. He gave us his opinion of our options. We ended up getting a friend to come over and replace some new fuses. All in all - seemed an honest and professional fellow/company. We would recommend this company to others.

Overall it was a good experience. Came over very quickly initially. Returned when scheduled to install. Everything works and I felt the cost was reasonable.

STeve came out less than 24 hrs after I called. He was very efficient and friendly. The garage doors were lubed and tightened, and the seal replaced. I will definitely recommend him to friends.

Wow! Steve came right out and performed maintenance on my garage door, replaced the seal on the bottom and did an alignment of the door so there is no longer light or air coming in. I will definitely recommend him and call him to help when things go wrong with my garage door!!!

I found Frontier Garage Door on Angie's List. Steve came out promptly and fixed my garage door. Steve is very personable and professional. About two weeks later, I had an issue with my remote control which was unrelated to the first call. Steve came back out, fixed the problem, lubricated the door and chain and repaired a broken hangar on the door - at no charge. I will definitely use Frontier Garage Door again. We are selling our home and the inspector noticed 2 screws missing from the bracket that connects the arm of the opener to the door and the pressure was set way too high. Apparently, the installer a couple years ago did not know what he was doing. My husband tried to fix it only to have it completely rip off. We were reluctant to hire a professional because we didn't know how much it would cost but decided we needed to get it fixed right. I called Steve at Frontier and to my surprise, he said he'd be there soon. He showed up within the half hour. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right up. He made sure everything was working smoothly and safely. My garage door opener now not only works but runs better than it every has before! Not only was the service and quality of work excellent but he was extremely nice, very friendly and easy to work with. I will recommend to everyone I know!

Wow! He answered the phone live, told me he was finishing another job soon, was in the area, and would be at my place shortly. Total time from the phone call to the final hand shake was less than 3 hours. I know it's not all about speed, I was a bit lucky, but Steve is good! He took a minute to a**** the job, then went straight to work. The required replacement parts were on his truck, he even did some preventative maintenance work on the other parts of my door.Steve is courteous, focused, and professional. I called on a Saturday and left a voice mail. In less than ten minutes, Steve called me back. He indicated about how long it would take for him to make it to my place; about an hour. A little less than an hour later he called to say he was ready to head over, and he showed up ten to fifteen minutes later. I showed him my "problem" garage door and gave him a quick rundown on what I had done myself to trouble shoot the door. After a glance at the door he instantly determined what was wrong with the door. The tension on the spring had lessoned and was causing the cables to become unraveled and come off of the drum onto which they are supposed to be wound. This would result in a rat-nest of cable at the top of the door. I also had him replace six worn out rollers on the door. His work was completed in about forty-five minutes. He was very pleasant and professional. I am very satisfied with the performance given and will not hesitate to call again when service is needed. Highly recommended.

So our garage door spring was broken and we just needed an upgrade on the motor of the garage (with battery back up) and they installed it perfectly and within a perfect amount of time! The install was $145 for the motor (we had bought it ourselves from Lowes) and the spring replacement was $150! I was so surprised at how quickly the two of them got completed with this task as Lowes said that their install guys for the motor alone would take all day. ? These guys only took 1.5 and 2 hours. VERY happy with thier work and professionalism!Thank you Frontier Garage Door!

A home inspector noted that one spring of my double garage door is broken and so when the door comes down, it won't back off if it hits anything on the way down. Although the garage door is operational, this is a safety issue to me that I wanted fixed. The home inspector gave me a name of the company that fixed the same issue he had with his garage door and he said he paid $ 285 although he warned me that this company would try upsell me to a new garage door which sounded alarm bells for me so I checked Angie's list and saw that Frontier Garage Door has good ratings. I called Steve and he said he will be able to fix it the same day and was just finishing a job. He came quoted me $ 195 to replace both springs which he recommends as both springs have the same lifetime. This is $ 90 less than what my home inspector paid for and I'm getting both springs replaced. He did some maintenance on the garage door and tested it as well to ensure that the door went back up if it comes down on something in its way. Usually, I always ask for military discounts but I was so happy with the service and price that I did not even bring it up.

It went very well. When I called for an esimate, he returned my call right away and arrived on time as he said he would. The project was finished in the time he said it would be and at the cost he had said.

Called in the early afternoon and Steve was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He completed his work quickly and left no trace of the work (such as leftover parts, trash or other debris.) I called because of the other reviews on Angie's List and I will certainly call him again when the need arrises. I would say this was my best experience with any home repair work.

I started calling people listed online; Steve was the first one to actually answer the phone. He said the repair shouldn't take too long and he had some time between appointments. He was at my house less than an hour after I called. The whole repair including making a whole new spring for the door took him about an hour. He charged me $135 for parts and labor. I felt given the punctuality and speed of service that this was more than a fair price. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of overhead door service.
