Rich was great. Friendly service during the drain cleaning and he took the time to explain what I could do to prevent this from happening, including what I could do myself to keep costs down. Once he left we had dirty water coming up from a separate drain. I called him again and he was back over within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Second time I've used Drain Masters in 3 years, they will always have my buisness.

I had a different company in twice for the same problem over the last year so I called Drain Masters. He ran 2 different size auger bits through the clog three times, the other company simply punched thru the clog with a small bit. They also use a device to run hot water thru the pipe as the snake does its work. They also replaced a stripped pipe collar and showed me where my main water cut off was. The work was clean, I didn’t have to lend him a pan to catch water, and very professional. I hope I never need to call again but if I do it will be Drain Masters.

Provider was responsive and was able to fit me in the same day, which was very helpful. Service was fast and worked.

A USB file of the video from the camera scope of the sewer line was provided with markings as to exactly what they found and what needed to be fixed. They were excellent at keeping me informed about what they found and what the schedule would be for fixing everything. The workers were clean and professional and everything was as clean or cleaner than when they started.

Basement drain suddenly started overflowing into the laundry room. I called Drainmasters and Rich responded right away. He checked the drain going to the street and determined it was okay and then proceeded to clear the drain going from the sink to the basement drain. The work done was efficient and effective and he cleaned the area before he left. I would definitely recommend Drainmasters.

Came on time, had the right equipment, knew what he was doing.

Tried the simplest way to unclog the drain first then went to the toilet and pulled the toilet unclogged the drain, then reinstalled the toilet with new wax ring and new toilet bolts. Then he wiped it all down.

Laundry room drain was backing up, so I called Drain Masters and Rich came out the same day. He was thorough and professional and I was very relieved to get the line clean and working again.

The company dispatched someone within an hour after my call. I was surprised to see they sent Dana, as he was the same guy who replaced a toilet in another house for me a few years ago (did a great job then too). He is very competent and knowledgeable, and a great problem solver. I would highly recommend Drainmasters services.

I had sewage backing up into the lower drains in my house, especially into the shower, and there was leakage of sewage from a cleaning valve in the basement. This indicated a blockage in the main sewer line leading from my house to my septic tank. I called Drain Masters because of the reviews I saw on Angie's List. The gentleman who arrived was prompt and efficient in cleaning the line. In the thirty years I have lived in this home, I have periodically experienced blockages on the line, usually occuring well down the line near the septic tank. This requires deploying a lot of snake, rather more than 100 feet of it, to get to the problem. The gentleman first checked the tank itself to make sure it was not the problem, then he cleaned the line, attaching new reels of line to the snake as he went. Not only was he efficient, but he cleaned up meticulously after himself, so much so that the downstairs storage room where the cleaning valve leaked and from where he worked was actually much cleaner after he left than before the incident occurred.

Wonderful, the owner was hands on and explained every detail of what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions.

All went well. He was on time and gone in 30 minutes and the drain is doing fine.

I called late monday afternoon, Rich came out early tuesday morning. He not only jetted the drains, he checked all the drains, cleaned them and checked the toilets. Prompt, Professional and Quick! Thank you!

I called Rich friday morning. Being friday I was hoping, they could get to the job that afternoon. Rich was polite and professional on the phone. He said he would be there that afternoon. We have renters in the house and he said it would be no problem to coordinate a time with them. Rich called and said the job was complete but recommended the toliet be reset due to the back flow of water. He passed on the information to his crew and the job was complete. His crew called me directly and gave me the details of the job. Overall I am very pleased with his service and highly recommend him.

The Drain Masters crew, which was lead by the company owner himself, was very efficient, effective and professional. They came in got the job done and left my home cleaner and better than they found it.

I called Rich yesterday around 10am. I didn't think he would be available this week - I know how plumbers are busy here in Anchorage. Plus, I have a trailer and wasnt sure if he worked on trailers, many plumbers don't. He had a 3pm available and he was there at 3pm- prompt! It took him 20 minutes to get the huge drain clog I had due to grease from my kitchen sink. I have spent more money and way more time trying to save a buck in the last week trying to take care of this on my own. It would've saved me more money to have called him in the beginning!~If I ever need a plumber, he will be the one I call. I called Drain Masters to retrieve a comb that was flushed down our toilet. They couldn't come Monday but said they would try to come Tuesday afternoon. They checked with me late Tuesday afternoon, and because they were up to their eyeballs in a sewer elsewhere, I rescheduled for Wednesday. Rich wanted to be sure we had a different bathroom to use. They called before they came, got here promptly and went right to work. Rich decided they couldn't get the comb out without taking the toilet off the floor drain. He was very careful, thorough, and got the comb out. He also found the entire seal under the toilet had fallen apart from age. He took the toilet up, cleaned the caulking around the drain in the floor and because the floor was not leve, they had to shim the toilet. They replaced the wax ring seal and reseated the toilet.They were very careful to clean up after themselves. The guys were very friendly, took time to play with my dog and talk to my bird after they were finished with the work. Rich even commented that he remembered the "bird's song and conversation" from his earlier service call. My experience was excellent and I would use them again.

Rich from Drain Masters was prompt to respond to my initial call and scheduled the service within two days. He called before showing up at the scheduled time and was thorough and professional. No mess left behind! He left every area he worked as clean as he found it.

I had a massive clog in my house that was causing a backup. After having 3 plumbers all either flake out on me, have emergency surgery or take over 30 hours to call me back I tackled it myself. Thought I had the problem figured out, but didn't think I had the equipment to get it done myself. Well it only took Rich 2 minutes literally to show me how far off I was. My main drain outside clean out got frostjacked and pulled it's self about 3 feet out of the ground. I thought I just needed a longer snake to get a hair clog. This should've required an excavator and about 6 grand in work, to remove part of my drive way, remove my fence, dig 5 feet down and replace the pipe. Rich REALLY went way out of the way, fixed my problem and saved me over 5k. He was able to get my pipe lined back up and dropped in a piece of ABS piping, so even if it gets frostjacked again, I have a backup pipe. Rich was beyond concerned with making sure I had a total understanding of my options, and what was going on. He had a true sense of urgency while working, especially with the pump there, trying to make sure I didn't pay for any extra time I didn't have to. If I ever need any drain work done again, I will never think twice about who to use. Wish I had started with him. I owed my wife a really nice dinner for finding this great service, if only her taste in men was as good as her taste in drain cleaners.

I really like him. He's awesome and really good. I've used him a couple of times. He was refereed to me by a plumber. He's not judgmental. The other company I used blamed me for the problems. This guy is prompt, pleasant, polite, and professional. I give him all As. If I have to, he's who I'll use. I've referred him to other people.

He was great. He was prompt and he came out on a Saturday. He was professional. I had used him previously and he was very helpful and I used him again.

It took a few tries by phone to get an appointment that happened; they must be busy! But when they came they were clean, fast, informative and helpful. They have high tech gear, know what they are doing, and were very knowledgeable. I'd trust them to help if I needed further sewer line work.
