The crew first tried a less expensive type of repair, but due to the angle of the displacement , we're unsuccessful. They returned in a week with different machinery and we're able to make the repair. The great part is that without their service, I would have had to dig up my deck and possibly sidewalk as well! The crew was very professional and prompt. They kept me informed on all aspects of the job.

Their staff was friendly and efficient. I found the same to be true whether I am interacting with the office staff or with the service techs. There was one small glitch that was quickly corrected--I was billed for last years cost instead of the current cost of the product. I had requested a receipt by email and I was sent an email with an explanation of the error within 1/2 hour of leaving the office and after my response they promptly corrected the amount and resent an email receipt. Mistakes can happen anywhere, at anytime, and I appreciate their prompt explanation, apology, and the correction in a timely manner.

They were profession, fast and knew what they were doing. I would recommenced them. They did a better job than others companies I have called in the past. I will only call them next time.

Plumber arrived about a half hour after I made the call. How is that for service? Dominic was wonderful. He gladly checked everything I asked him to and showed my how to remove the drain from my shower. Good advice to run hot water in the sink after using the disposal. The best thing was I was expecting to pay time and a half on Sat, but Grace, the receptionist told me it is regular fee M-Sat until 6pm! I am very happy and would recommend.

Very excellent job. I have had this service before, however, they were more thorough, faster, and 1/2 as expensive as the last company I had out. Also did not try to sell me any additional inspections (like sewer cameras).

The office manager was very responsive in getting me scheduled and keeping me posted. They arrived on time. I was impressed that they took off their shoes or put on shoe covers to walk through the house and swept up after. Very friendly, knowledgable and professional. They assessed the situation quickly and cleared the drain within a half hour. I will call them again.

These people are good and pay attention to detail. They cleaned everything up and left it better than they found it

I was very pleased with the service. Matt did a great job. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He didn't mind me sticking around to watch. The job was completed very quickly. After he was able to unclog the drain, he didn't have to flush the line with the hot water, but he volunteered to do it anyway since he had a bucket handy. I was impressed and would definitely call these guys back out if I had a problem.

The plumber, Daniel, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He got right to the work that needed to be done and was very professional.

We noticed water backing up in the drain in the garage when using a lot of water, washing clothes and dishes at the same time. We had the septic tank pumped, but still had the problem. They suggested Drain Masters. I called and was told they were booked, but someone could be here in the evening. Since it was the weekend we would be charged time and a half, reasonable. . ., but since we were not in dire need we opted to wait until Monday morning first thing. Daniel called on his way up and arrived right on time. he checked the system and proceeded to clean out the drain. Finished in just a few minutes. double checked to make sure it was draining properly and then cleaned up. Very satisfied with their work.

After several years of sitting in a pool of melted snow, the drain on the garage floor was rusted in place. The Drain Masters workman kept at it until he loosened and removed it. He "shop-vacced" it out and poured hot water down the drain. The water drained away. Then he said that he could snake the line out for me if I liked, but it seemed to be working, and that would change the charge from half an hour of labor to an hour. I told him that he needn't snake it out, so I was charged half of what I had initially expected to pay: an hour's labor. I was very pleased and really appreciated dealing with a business that wasn't out to stick their customers with the highest charge possible.

One morning I heard running water noises from out on our front porch. When I investigated I found that water was running up through the Service Line clean-out under our porch. Now I had known that something had fallen down the clean-out earlier the week before so i called up Drain Masters to see what their response time could be to clear this line. My wife was due at any moment with our third child and we had planned to have a home birth so this was of extreme urgency to us. Chris said that he could have someone over there in a couple hours. He even provided proof of Insurance and Licensure upon request through email before the work was even performed; we had been burned before by lack of insurance. When the technician arrived he was professional and good humored, even despite the clean-out overflowing on him when he removed the plug I had placed on it the night before. The work was quick and right on what was explained to me on the phone a little before. When the work was done my oldest son wanted to tell the technician thank you and the technician was friendly happy to hear it. I will be holding on to their contact information for all future needs and asked for a few extra cards to hand out to anyone else I hear needs help.

Drain to septic system cleaned successfully and promptly.

Douglas was 30 minutes early. He called on the way as requested. Ultra professional and clearly enjoys being an employee of Drain Masters. I particularly appreciated the thorough documentation of the work he performed. He also cleaned up the area better than when he started. Nice job all around!

Great job - Professional, brought their own bucket, cleared what my husband was unable to and had a great sense of humor. All at a very reasonable price. I will call them again in the future and refer them to others.

My kitchen sink was clogged. In the process of clearing the clog, I was told I needed a new garbage disposal since mine was leaking. The repair man gave me the names of two other businesses that he recommended I contact for the disposal replacement. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Drain Masters Inc.

The drain from my sump pump was clogged along it's entire length. They got it partially open with the tools they had with them. They came back a couple of days later with a special tool and completely cleared the line. They spent about 3 hours on the job. They were very clean and professional.

The men were professional, on time, and efficient. I was very satisfied with the service and I would use them again.
