Description of Work: My sewer drain was backing up. They came out within 2 hours of me calling, were polite and diligent the entire time. The technician wore shoe covers and put wheel covers on his machine and cleaned up what little mess he made. Due to the way my house is plumbed it took a while to uncover where the clog was but once it was located it was cleared quickly. Total of 1.5 hours work, only about 30 minutes of that was spent working on the clog. He explained everything he was doing and why. Now that I know how the house is plumbed it wouldn't take long at all in the future.

Description of Work: Grace the receptionist/dispatcher was very helpful, friendly, and seemed genuine in her care and assistance even when I had to call back. Douglas who performed the service was very professional and polite, he was knowledgeable and took the time and effort pull the toilet to go through the larger drain instead of going through the smaller floor drain which is what every other company before him has done. He was clean and effecient. We would definitely use Drain Master again. |

Description of Work: I called and someone was able to come and help within 20min. The price was competitive but reasonable. This has become an ongoing draining issue and the guy who came was very helpful in explaining what the next step should be if it continues to clog. Overall I was very happy with the service. Especially if the drain remains unclogged.
