I contacted Crew Cut Lawns fairly late in the clean up season and was pretty impressed with their timely response. I had a quote the day after I called them and set them up to do the work a day after that. They were extremely professional, and came in with a quote that was slightly lower than the others I received. The work consisted of cleaning leaves and debris off roughly 1/2 acres of lawn and then mowing/trimming to prepare for the winter. The grass was fairly long and hadn't been cut too recently due to the wet fall. We are in a wooded area, so there was a significant amount of clean up required. They offered to cart the waste off, but didn't try to upsell me too hard and actually suggested that we put the leaves into some remote areas of the woods. They finished the work in just a few hours and it looked great. The bill came in the mail about two weeks after the work was done. Overall, a great job.

I called Crew Cut Lawns based on reviews on Angie's List. They returned the call quickly, got back to me with and estimate and performed the work with a week of my first contact. They showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. I was going out of town and asked that they try to come a little earlier and they did. The employees were friendly and professional. My yard looks great. I will definitely call them again.

I received a flyer on my front door and gave them a call for a quote for 2 properties. I found them to be timely and professional for one of the requests. The second it took a week before I got a call back. I had 2 other bids and they were about even with one and $40.00 more that one quote for the initial clean up. They were on the high end estimate and I decided to go with the middle quote.

We have used them for several years, and we have liked them. They are very professional. They set up their mow-date for the day before garbage pickup. I can't think of any time they have missed mowing. They were really good about making sure the dogs didn't get out when they mowed. We will continue to use this provider.

They are excellent. The crew members are very good. They charge me based on how many visits they make determined by how much snow we have. They are very easy to work with and are very reliable. If I have any special directions, they are responsive to that. I would certainly recommend them to others. Their price is really competitive.

Our yard needed a major spring clean up. We hadn't raked up our leaves before the snow fell. High winds had knocked down branches everywhere. We had wood shavings from a 50' tree that had fallen and had been cut up. Add in pollen, pinecones and a whole lot of rock and dirt and you get the picture. Crew Cut Lawns left a flier in my mailbox. I'm new to the neighborhood and didn't know who to call, so decided to get a quote. The man that came was prompt and very polite. We walked around our very large yard and he gave me a quote of $360 to clean it all up, bag it and thatch, lime and fertilize. I thought about it for a few days and called to set up the work. The person on the phone was efficient and friendly. We set up a date. The crew arrived as scheduled. 4 men, lots of equipment and tools. I showed them the property lines to be sure my entire front yard would be cleaned up. The back yard was especially difficult due to the many trees and uneven terrain. I left to run my errands. I don't know how many hours the team worked -- 4? I returned home to find my yard and driveway looking magnificent!! They had bagged over 50 bags of yard debris. Fortunately, our neighborhood had a spring yardwaste pickup set up by the homeowners association. I didn't realize they were going to leave all the full bags. The thatching and fertilizer made a huge difference in our lawn this year. The lawn is thick and green! I'll definitely use this company again next spring. I'm considering using them for snowplowing for the winter.
