Best Deal Steam Carpet Cleaning

The owner, Victor, and his technician, Vincent are both excellent communicators, professional and very prompt with replying to communication and calling to let you know they are on the way. Vincent did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the carpet and making sure not to get anything else dirty in the process. He was prompt arriving, thorough and efficient while cleaning and 100% professional. I'm going to schedule them to come in and clean the rest of the house. This first visit was a "trial run" for me to see whether their results were better than my own efforts with a home carpet cleaner. No contest - wish I hadn't purchased my own unit. I spent hours trying to get half as clean as they were able to do in this visit.

Victor gave me a cost quote based on room numbers (& floor rug size) over the phone. He came on time and he and his assistant were very cordial and efficient. Our carpet is white berber and I didn't have high expectations for the stairs given the high traffic and a couple of stains compliments of my dog, but they came out perfect! The area rug in the family room is 10 years old and it looked brand new when he was done. Even with a Angie's list discount coupon, my final bill still came in under the phone quote. After they left I noticed they had done the litte floor rugs by the door and the carpet on the garage landing on the way out. I will absolutely use Best Deal again and highly recommend them to anyone else!

Great service. He asked about whether there were any special stains that he needed to take care of. He pretreated where my dog was sleeping and making the biggest dirt stain. When he left he warmed me that there could be one area that might wick the dirt back up and encouraged me to call and have him return if that happened. It didn't.

It went great. They were prompt even early and called to let me know that. When they left he said if we have any issues to call him and he would come back. In wo the rooms there was urine smell and he used extra stuff to clean it. I could still smell this and he scheduled a time, even though he was booked, and came back to redo those rooms at no additional charge.

Prompt, professional, courteous! A fair price for a job well done. Would definitely use them again.

Overall it was a very great experience. We booked our appointment for 3 days after the initial call. He called ahead of time to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early, which was fine with me, I also appreciated the heads up. I had initially tried to clean the carpets myself which turned out to be a disaster and brought even more stains up! So I called the professionals in. They moved furniture took preventive measures to not ding corners and other furniture with hoses. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The couches were my biggest concern, light colored microfiber that had water stains, puppy and cat stains AND smell!!! We tried everything to get the smell out ourselves to no avail. Once Best Deal was done with them they looked as new as the day we got them. Couldn't be more pleased with the price and service! Highly recomend.

Victor was extremely responsive and was able to schedule me less than a week after I called. The appointment was for 3pm and at 255pm, I received a call that he was on his way. The whole job took 2 hours and they did a great job. Zero complaints and zero hesitation to use them again!

I love these guys! They do a great job, are very nice and punctual. They even let my dog outside for me when they were done. Awesome!

All went extremely well and we are very pleased with the good work the gentleman did for us.

After calling 2 other very recommended carpet cleaning companies everyone was booked up and wouldn't be able to fit us in until 2 weeks from the date or to be courteous put us on a wait list. I called Victor at Best Deal Carpet Steaming and he was able to come out to the house 3 days later. We're a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a toddler so the carpets had been through a rough beating over the past year. Victor and his crew showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I am super happy about the results, the carpets look brand new just like when we first bought the house. We did the living room, dining room, upstairs hallway, 2 flights of stairs, downstairs hallway.....which was scary, and my teens room all for $199. Stanely Steamer quoted that job at $299-$304. So Best Deal was in fact the best deal. Victor also told us exactly when we'd be due for another cleaning. He explained if we don't wait until the dirt is so embedded it will be easier and cheaper to clean as opposed to installing new carpet. Definitely using these guys again and would recommend them 10 times over.

Carpet Cleaning staff was punctual, knew his business, spent a good time prepping the carpet and re-treated a few areas of ground in dirt. Their steam cleaning process was thorough and dried fairly quickly. Will use again.

I called and scheduled for the carpets to be cleaned. They came on time & called me on the way & cleaned above and beyond the call of duty ! they put on booties to not mark the floor. They bring huge sucking fans to help get the moisture out. They even cleaned a loose piece or two of spare carpet just lying on the walkway! NOW they can remove spots of paint on the carpet too, which I needed for sure!. I watched and it was amazing. Didn't hurt the carpet at all! I have used Best Deal carpet before and will always use them. I think really they are the best. They use hot steam and go over and over an area to really get the dirt out. They treat the spots first. Love em!

The only service I've scheduled in the last couple weeks that was exactly on time. They offered a 25% discount for Angies List but gave us 35% because there was no furniture to move.

They were very prompt and worked hard to do an excellent job. They arrived in a large van well equipped with professional gear. I was faced with replacing the carpet in a rental house if it couldn't be deodorized. I was delighted because they successfully removed all odors and the carpet came out looking very fresh, so I saved an expensive replacement job.

We have dogs: there was dog hair! It took several days for the carpet to dry, otherwise service was fine.

Jeff was on time, courteous and willing to explain what he was doing. He did a great job on the carpet, it looks much better and cleaner than what my carpet scrubber could do.

Very good at keeping in touch by phone to set up and confirm an appointment, as well as to ask if it would be okay to arrive early. Used a number of plastic guards to protect railings and wall corners from the cleaning hoses. Did not find a single spot of damage on the walls and trim when the job was complete. Furniture that needed to be moved was plastic on plastic sliders. Wooden decorative feet on chairs had a lightly adhesive plastic placed under them to aid movement and prevent moisture damage. The professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and price all come out to a favorable score. The end result, however, wasn't *quite* what I had expected. The cleaning process simply seemed to be too fast. There's just no way the steam, no matter how hot, could have done its job when the cleaning head was swept back and forth far faster than I would even move a vacuum cleaner. There were a couple of tiny spots that didn't come out; most of the carpet looked the same as it started. I had the carpet cleaned not because I felt it was inherently dirty but because I wanted the steam treatment to refresh the carpet fibers can 'fluff' it closer to its original condition. I had at one point long ago read that carpet cleaning should take a while because the steam needed to get down into the fibers. The speed of this cleaning job was simply too quick. Drying time was probably average for the time of year. (About 24 hours in September with no heat.)

I had a water flood in my basement that had just been refurbished. They were right there just hours after I called and this was after 5 at night! They did a very professional job and explain all about the mold that could occur and other problems that could occur and what they could do to prevent it and came back three times to insure the job was done right. I had used them before to clean the carpets and they did an excellent job and I will be using them again.

Called on a Friday and they came the next day - a Saturday! I thought my carpet was beyond hope but they really did a great job. I had animal urine stains/smell and a lot of dirt and they got it almost all out. ( I had two spots where the urine had permanently stained the carpet). I am extremely happy with the results. I will definitely use them again.
