Best Deal Steam Carpet Cleaning

This was a great experience! I have had cleaners before. Always courteous, but this time I felt my dirt was the focus of getting clean. Ernesto (?) was friendly, went right to work, observed the corners of the house, and when done he asked if things looked ok to us. And we have a lot of carpet.

Awesome company. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He has saved carpets that we thought we were going to have to replace. After he was done cleaning them, they looked brand new!

Esteban is excellent. He's probably the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. I've been using him for the past 5 years.

I made an apt. with Best Deal in Anchorage, 317-9149. appointment had to be set for 3PM because they don't do after 4PM apt. so I left work 3 hrs. early. Moved all the furniture out of living room, per their request (I have coffee tables. lamps, chairs etc. on my kitchen counters). GUESS WHAT!!! They no showed! Tech. Andrew did not call or show-up. They would not answer my phone calls or text. I called again this morning and no answer! THIS COMPANY IS A UNDEPENDABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THEM

They were professional, punctual and great at communicating. The carpets looked great after. There was a piece of trim that was acidentally damanged and the owners took care in ensuring that the damage was fixed and re-imbursed us the cost. Overall, we were happy with the outcome and would use them again in the future.

Technician was professional and efficient. Carpet looks fabulous. Our ceramic tile in the kitchen and entry looks almost new.

Victor was able to come on the same day that I called. I was in a semi-panic because I was just informed of an upcoming event at my house, and he showed up right away. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very happy with the results. And the price was very reasonable! I will be calling him the next time I need carpets cleaned.

The person cleaning the carpet came at the appointed time promptly. He was polite and did an excellent job finding areas to spot clean that I had not seen. The price was reasonable.

I have a messy dog and a teenager with many friends. Needless to say the poor carpet had many stains. I have been using Best Deal Carpet Steam Cleaners for 6 plus years and every time I am impressed with the attention given to the carpet. The carpet looks and smells like new. Worth every cent. Always on time, professional, and a stickler for detail. No stain will go untreated to the best of their abilities. This man hands down has much pride in his work and it shows. Furniture was moved and put back. Big fans are used to assist in drying the carpet. I will continue to use best deal carpet cleaning as long as I have carpet.

Victor did an outstanding job - he was on time and did a very thorough job. I had some tough stains that he got out and even did the job for what he quoted over the phone, although I was expecting him to charge more for the spots. Overall I am very pleased with the service and definitely would hire him again.

Wow, talk about punctual! I left a message on Angie's List at 10 p.m. asking him to call me back. His hours start at 8:00 a.m., and he called me at 8:05. He told me what time he'd be at my house, and called about 15 minutes before he arrived ON TIME. He checked the carpet and adjacent rooms, told me what he would be doing, and started work immediately. He and his son never stopped working, they were extremely professional, had all the tools they needed right there, and were done and out of the house in two hours. The next day he called 15 minutes before he was to arrive and remove the blowers & heater. He checked out all areas of the carpet, removed his equipment, and was gone within 30 minutes. I wholeheartedly trust this man in my home, and I trust the quality of his work. If you just need the job done with no messing around, I highly recommend this company.

They were very good. I did not pay more than the big deal I purchased. They were prompt. They did everything I asked. They did a good job and everything looked good. I don't have any complaints.

The provider is professional and prompt. The only problem I had is that the work was performed too quickly. The steam cleaning vacuum was run over the carpet so fast that the steam didn't have a chance to even heat the carpet fibers or penetrate. According to the store that I bought the carpet from, the steam needs to be able to penetrate the fibers to let them relax to their original shape and then the vacuum pulls the moisture away. In the end, while the process was done quickly, it was not very effective. I'll do more research online and with carpet stores to find out who does a good job and how long it should take. This is one of two times I've used Angie's List to find someone to do work and it's neither time have I been very impressed in the end.

Victor, the owner called ahead of time each time he came. He came back two times after the initial visit. I had lived in the apartment for several years and I am embarrassed to say I have never had the carpets cleaned. Since the last of my teenage sons had left home, I needed to get the carpets cleaned. Living in Alaska, your carpets can get dirty, and my carpets had gotten very, very dirty. Victor was very professional, caring, accommodating, and thorough in his work. Victor told me he would need to come back a second time and he was right. He always called or texted me when he would be arriving. After the second time, there were still some spots that I did not notice until the carpets completely dried and in the day light. I was very hesitant and embarrassed to contact Victor for a third cleaning. I did contact him and he was apologetic because I needed him to come back a third time. The carpet was in bad shape and it was my fault for the condition they were in. Victor came back and cleaned the last of the spots out of the carpet, and I could hardly believe how great the carpet looked after all these years. Victor did not charge me any additional fees. Victor is AWESOME, great to work with, and he did an AWESOME job on my carpets!!! My carpets look like they did when I moved here! Now I can invite friends over and not be embarrassed by the condition of my carpets. I would recommend Victor to all my family and friends. I will definitely use him again. The next time I won't wait so long.

The owner called ahead hours early saying he was running late (30 min) and asked if it was okay to show up later than expected. He arrived only 10 min late from original time. That's why I gave him an "A" for punctuality. He was cordial, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and self-sufficient. I tried to help move furniture, but he didn't need it. He had great advice about our dogs. Overall this company ROCKS!!!! I will use them every six months from here on out.

Their price was good. They were very punctual. They were very responsive. They certainly wanted to do the best they could.
