Description of Work: Technician was a few minutes late. after two hours of cleaning the high traffic areas were still dirty. The tech said we had stained those areas and they would not come clean.

Description of Work: They arrived early, quickly set up and we're ready to go by the start time of the appointment. The team was very professional and did an excellent job. My Berber carpet looked much cleaner after and was nearly dry enough to walk on within an hour after they left. I will absolutely use Best Deal Steam again!

Description of Work: On time on budget. These guys are amazing. They moved all furniture. Placed pads under the pressure points when done. Removed stains that have been there for years that my home cleaner could never get out. I would recommend them for you to hire.

Description of Work: I reported on this company about a month ago when they cleaned my little house but today I had them clean the carpet in a rental that I have. The carpet was filthy and they just cleaned it well that it looks great. I was skeptical but sure enough it looks great.

 + -1 moreI just emailed Victor with my dates and he emailed back quickly when he would arrive. He arrived, he cleaned and he left! Then I emailed that night as I saw some stains appear (they usually do as the cleaning brings deep old stains to the surface) and he is coming back to finish them off. Totally satisfied!
Description of Work: The guy is great! Fast, efficient, did a great job and had big fans to help suck up the cleaning water so the carpet would dry faster. Also had nice plastic corner protectors for the walls. He had a truck mounted steam cleaner which I think is the best. He told me if any stains 'pulled up' later that I should call and he would come back and finish them off. 100% guaranteed! I had had this happen before with pet stains. I called and he was happy to come back and re-do them to finish them off. Other carepet cleaners have charged me extra for that. (my carpet is white and this is always an issue). HIGHLY recommend and Highly satisfied! July 2011/anchorage, alaska

 + -1 moreThese guys are amazing. They showed up right on time, and were very thorough. They cleaned about 1700 square feet if carpet in 2 1/2 hours and were extremely affordable. He went through each room with me and told me exactly what they did. They got out stains I was sure would never come out!! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again in the future! My carpet looks amazing.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of the carpet in my house, including my daughters room which had many stains from makeup and dog urine.

 + -1 more5/26/2011 They arrived on time and did a carpet cleaning. It took about an hour total and they were careful in positioning their service truck to access the apartment. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my apartment. After the cleaning was completed, they let me inspect the cleaned areas and wrote up the bill, which I paid by credit card before they left. 7/16/2012 They arrived on time again. They set up carefully and worked in the 3 rooms. I didn't want all furniture moved, so they worked around furniture I specified and carefully moved furniture they needed to move to clean under those items. 2 person crew: the owner and one employee. About 1-1:15 of time total. Carpets were very clean afterwords. Again they were very professional.
Description of Work: 5/26/2011 This was my second time having carpets cleaned by Best Deal. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, one hallway, and one stairway after I moved out of an apartment. The rooms were vacant and they discounted the price as a result. They were flexible with scheduling and were willing to reschedule an appointment on short notice. The owner cleaned my carpets the first time they provided service and an employee cleaned the carpets on the service date listed above. Both individuals were through and polite. They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. 7/16/2012 Use Best Deal again and had another great experience. Easy to schedule, the clean 3 rooms, with furniture present.

 + -1 moreBest Deal was easy to work with & worked with my schedule. Didn't have to wait for an appointment and they were gracious and accommodating when I had to make a change. They showed up very promptly and had all the equipment they needed. Very professional and polite. Very thorough. Some areas that needed extra deep cleaning took longer to dry, but that was explained to me before they started, and I was given the choice to just surface clean (which would dry faster) or go for the deep clean. This was the most satisfactory carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.
