Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate. Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate. "Overall a good experience. We hired ACS to take down and rebuild a brick pillar supporting our front porch. Gary's crew was excellent. Although they only spoke Spanish they were helpful and did a good job communicating as much as they could about what they were doing and/or had done. We're very happy with the end product. Gary stayed true to his quote and the contract price. The project was more involved than I expected, but they came through and completed it on budget. My only complaint is that Gary was hard to get a hold of at times."
