"Like alot of small cleaning businesses, this company overpromises, underdelivers. A LOT of miscommunication / lack of communication despite TONS of communication. Was promised housecleaners who spoke English on a scale of 1-5, they spoke a 4-5 ... they didn't understand ANY English. Despite requesting they use my own supplies, they walked in with tons of cleaning supplies with equipment that was badly used and not in new condition. They were rushing to get a 'deep clean' done in 2 hours - and the stress and frenzy was FAR too stressful for all 3 of us. NO ONE from the company was easily reachable at the time of service, so all the miscommunications/lack of clear communication was a mess for the first 1/2 hour. I sadly speak little Spanish and these lovely ladies spoke NO English so it was deeply disappointing that on a first service, no one was reachable to help except with long delays and a lot of frenetic texting. We resorted to Google translate - but the whole situation was honestly just so absurdly exhausting that after the 2.5 hours (with cleaning only taking up about 2 hours) I just wanted to be done no matter how my place looked. I had to help with my bedding as again they couldn't understand direction - and I ran out in the middle after they were finally on their way to pick up Burger King as a thank you because I just wanted them late in the day to have something positive from the experience. Jessie the only person apparently working 'full time' works from about 9 am to 3 PM - so you're out of luck speaking to anyone after 3 and she's often in meetings or not avail by phone. She's fine, not overly compassionate to the plight she and her company put people in with their strict rules and lack of honesty about the level of English proficiency in her staff. The high end pricing wasn't worth the cleaning - highly recommend looking elsewhere for your home cleaning needs."
