We have an older Bexley home with 7 family members. Our wifi system was not handling the number of people and activities we needed it for. Andrew came out and assessed our house and our needs. He gave us a recommendation for achieving a wifi mesh system to cover our entire house. He was able to install everything and ensure that it was working properly. He has checked in several times and was very responsive when a question arose. I wanted to have one point person to contact with getting our house up to 2017 wifi standards and he has done a great job

Andrew was great to work with. He arrived when promised and completed the installation within an hour. The new equipment performs much better than old consumer-grade equipment we installed ourselves about 4 years ago. We were experiencing frequent dropped internet connections with the old equipment. Went great. Brandon did exactly what we needed him to do. What I really appreciated was we asked him to bring another fan as we thought one of the fans in our CPU was defective because of the noise it was making. He brought a fan, when he opened our CPU it was just a wire touching the blade. He moved the wire out of the way and secured it and the noise went away immediately. I was pleased with his honestly that he did a minor repair as opposed to replacing a part

It went very well. Andy called to let me know he was running a little late (not a big deal and I appreciated him letting me know). When he got here, he set up the software to transfer data to my new laptop and set up a secure wifi network for me. There were a couple of other things that he wasn't able to complete as I didn't have the right equipment. For those items, he advised what I needed to do and even offered telephone or remote support should I need it. He did a great, efficient job and I would recommend Total System Performance for anyone needing work on their computer/network. Thanks, Andy
