Mike had been referred by our real estate agent. He was very knowledgeable and presented our options - clearly giving us his professional opinion. Quality and long term durability are important to Mike. We appreciated hearing which brands and materials he had the best results with over his many years as a plumber. We didn't get any other quotes on the work so I can't say for sure that the labor was the cheapest but the price he charged us for the disposal was 20 cheaper than what we would have been able to purchase it for from a hardware store. He and his assistant showed up on time, spent a very long day doing the work, completely cleaned up the area and kept me updated on their progress. The owner Jim is old school in the best way possible. I called spoke directly with him, described my issues and he was at my house in under 2 hours. My refrigerator had all kinds of issues, bent hinges and door that wasn't closing/sealing properly, a bad water line, and more that I can't remember. He inspected my setup and showed me that the water line installed was of poor quality and not done properly, walked me through the different repairs necessary. But ultimately told me that the amount of repairs necessary weren't worth it and I should get a new unit. He then talked me through what I should look for in a new one, recommendations based on features and quality etc. In the end he didn't even charge me for the service call because he didn't do any work, even though he came out and spent a good amount of time with me going through my mess of a flooded kitchen and basement. I called on Monday because I had a leak coming from the icemaker water line. They asked if I could wait until Tuesday early am. They scheduled me between 8-12 and the repairman was out by 8:30 a.m. Chris found the leak. I stated that I wanted the water line rerouted to go from under my sink to the refrigerator. With my approval he slowed the leak to a drip (added a pan to catch the water) and suggested that if I purchased my own line it would cut the cost. I agreed. He scheduled himself to return on Wednesday morning. The work took about an hour and everything was working great. l did have a little problem that night when I cut the old line. The valve would not shut entirely off. Waterworks sent Doug out early the next day and repair it and did not charge me for the call. Mr. Huber subcontracted most all of the work that was done. He left on vacation for a week just after starting the job and the subcontractors did not show up consistently and stated they did not know what they were supposed to be doing. The work was being paid as we went along, yet the contractor could not pass the code inspections. We initiated a consultation by the code compliance supervisor of the county and multiple pages of violations were again sited. At this point, we had to disengage Mr. Huber, his subcontractors and hire other contractors to redo much of the work. That with permits, legal fees, we paid an additional 8,000+. The code office suggested the consult after failed inspections and they were not minor picky items that were failing; (the entire wiring of the garage had to be torn out and redone). He should have known those basic wiring requirements. The project was delayed, stressful and cost us several thousand more dollars due to Almond First LLC errorsshow more

I thought I had a water leak in the main water line coming in the house, but when they came out they found that the water was leaking around the water line not the waterline itself. They put some silicone on it but it didn't hold. It doesn't leak that much so when I decide to get it fixed I will have to dig the line up from outside the house. , First, when a city truck comes to your house and exclaims that you have a broken water line, that you must pay to have it fixed and must do so in 14 days you don't get that oooy goooy feeling. There's just no way to slice it and come up with a happy day. But, when Braun from Eco showed up at my house, I knew I had picked the right company. Now, I had got three estimates and all including Eco were within a few dollars of each other. This is not a cheap venture. But, after that is where the differences show up. Braun, always kept in contact with me giving me updates. The plumbers showed up when they said they would and Braun stayed there the whole day(on his birthday) and made sure everything was completed correctly. They also completed the job right on time when they said it would be done. And it was done the right way. Then , when I had a question and left him a voice mail, he called me back 5 minutes later(from the zoo!). The difference in this company is their service. Would highly recomend. A Plumbing is the best plumber I've ever encountered. They communicated well, showed up on time, and didn't even charge me for the initial assessment. The owner came out himself the next day because it seemed like a complex job and he wanted to assess how they could do it in a way to avoid ripping up my steps/patio. My entire water line from my house to the city tap needed replaced and the 3 men (including the owner) who worked the job were extremely nice and I truly enjoyed talking to them. They took great care in wrapping my willow tree's branches up so they wouldn't get damaged and they were able to go under my brick patio, so as not to mess it up. They did a big job efficiently in a span of 9 hours and I look forward to using them in the futureshow more

We had a ruptured water line underneath our paver patio. Mulbarger was quick to come out for an estimate and performed the service the day after we gave the go-ahead. Some of the other quotes we received called for busting up our driveway and tearing up our patio. These guys were able to excavate in the side yard saving our patio and driveway. All friendly and professional employees and WAY less $$ than the other quotes I received which also would have required me to fix our driveway and replace the patio stones.
