Mark exceeded expectations. I appreciated his attention to detail and workmanship. I had marked a lot of cracks in our brick veneer siding and he color matched the mortar so that the repairs blended beautifully. He repaired everything that I pointed out even though they were pretty minor defects. He did a great job tuckpointing as well and the areas look clean and sleek. MARK DID A GREAT JOB. GAVE A QUOTE A FEW DAYS AFTER I CALLED, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THE REPAIRS TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO SCHEDULE, WHICH MARK TOLD ME WAS HIS BACKSCHEDULE WHEN HE GAVE ME THE QUOTE. THE TUCKPOINTING LOOKS GOOD. IT INCLUDED REPAIRING TWO BRICKS THAT HAD CRACKED AND MATCHING COLOR OF THE EPOXY FILLER TO THE BRICK. LOOKS GOOD. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE MARK AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE MASONRY WORK

We called because we could not properly shut flue and we wanted an estimate on chimney repair. Soots Me installed a chimney cap, shut our flue, and discussed masonry work that needed to be done in the house (i.e., right at the fire place) and chimney repair (tuckpointing). We asked him to give us an estimate of the tuckpointing. We called twice. He never came out to give the estimate

The provider was extremely unresponsive to my requests for an estimate. Once I did get an estimate, the provider was unresponsive to my requests to schedule the work. I ultimately gave up and went with another provider. It was a waste of three months trying to get an estimate and scheduled with Integrity Masonry

Met with the owner, he and his son came out to review the job. They reviewed the work that needed done and gave us an estimate for both opening a hole in our basement wall to our crawlspace and to cap / tuckpoint a chimney we had. We thought the number was almost too good to be true - honestly they should probably be charging more! They did a great job on both parts of the job and we would definitely look to them again for service

They were very pleasant over the phone. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful. The man and his assistant that came out were very polite. They were easy to work with. The price seemed a little high, but considering that they were up there for about three hours it was probably justified.

Workmanship was excellent, chimney looks like new. Foundation has been repaired multiple times before and overall it looks fantastic considering what they started with. All joints are clean and even, brickwork looks all in place and edges squared up.

Mark came out promptly and gave an estimate. Called and came back to do the work when he said he would. Asked my wife and me if he had missed any areas of tuckpointing on stone front porch and walk and then tuckedpointed a stone wall on the top which was not part of the original request.
