Excellent showroom. Very helpful to understand options, products, and layout's the company has to offer. Michelle was extremely helpful and explained their system in detail and helped pick out the best option for our layout. An approximate quote was provided in the store very quickly and easily. When Michelle came to our house to provide the actual quote it was exactly the same as it was in the store. I Explained that we have only one bathroom in the house and since I would be taking off time from work it was important to have the work done in 1 day if possible. She assured me that it would not be a problem based on the size and scope of the project. On the installation day the contractors showed up on time and were very professional (Contractors work for Luxury bath and are not sub contractors). Since I live in a home built in the 1920's, when the tub was removed their was more work than was anticipated to tear out the old walls and prep/install the new plumbing. This was not a problem, additional manpower was sent to my house to compensate and the crew stayed until the job was complete (7:30pm) since they knew I would be unavailable the next day. Even though it took longer than anticipated and more materials were required the final price was exactly the same as the final quote provided. No additional charges were added. Michelle and the contractors were extremely helpful from start to finish. The company is very professional and is focused on quality and customer satisfaction. I am in love with my new bath/shower combo. Michael was very timely and efficient. We had a couple of bumps in the road with my tub being crack from home depot but he gladly handled the issues on my behalf. the repair took 4 days total and I couldn't be more then happy with the results. It went pretty well. They came out when they said they were going to come out and they did a really good job. I liked the materials that they used. They used nice materials. All the finishes and everything were really nice. I thought it was a little bit overpriced but overall, he did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I am very pleased with my new tub and shower. Everyone I worked with from Michele, the office staff and the installers were very professional, timely and helpful. The tub is great and everything is so clean looking. The shower is spectacular! Michele was very helpful in selecting what I wanted in each room. The workers arrived promptly; worked diligently and cleaned up completely. A couple of items required a follow-up which was done promptly and thoroughly without any hassle. Salesman was very nice and fun to talk to. we were only looking for a quote as they were our first bid, and the high pressure to sign that night and use their financing right then was a bit off putting. Price was almost double our budget, before we got offered advertising discount and a couple other discounts, then we got a Supervisor call a few days later saying 'Our owner is mad at us because we haven't been offering a rebate we get from the manufacturer. It would drop our price to slightly over half our original quote. Can we send a sales manager out to re-quote you?' Salesman claimed no bad marks on their record, said I could google it. When I did I found 33 BBB complaints in last 3 years. Worried me some when talking about the install. I'm replacing moldy green board and wanted to go with Wedi, Kerdi or cement board but he said they used green board and the installer he called said we wouldnt need a vapor barrier or spray foam insulation because we wanted air movement in the wall (which is what caused the mold to begin with). Decided a system wasn't the style we wanted to go with in the endshow more

I really can't say enough good things about Scott Hall Remodeling - we had an excellent experience. In addition to Scott, we met with 3 other contractors. Scott's price was in the middle of the pack, but his level of service was by far the best. For our first meeting, he took more time than any other contractor to discuss our options with us and really tried to understand what we were looking for. His bid was more thought out and more specific than anyone else's. He was also the only contractor to come back in-person to meet with us and review his proposal. After signing up for the project, Scott provided us with a list of his preferred product suppliers complete with specific contacts. We scheduled appointments and were able to select our granite, tile, and fixtures in less than 2 days. Scott only works with suppliers who provide great service so this made it very easy for us. He also receives discounts on all products and passes the savings on to his customer instead of keeping it which helped us save a considerable amount of money on the supplies. Scott has a small team of exceptional professional's who complete the work and he keeps in touch with them daily to check on the progress and manage the project. Greg completed the large majority of work for our project and the level of service and quality of work he provided was excellent. He took special precautions to ensure the rest of our house was not damaged when he gutted the bathrooms (drop cloths and plastic liner on the steps). He was able to salvage our old vanity and countertops so we could donate them. I had done quite a bit of research on the best ways to remodel a bathroom. When it came time to reconstruct the bathrooms, Greg used all the best quality products and techniques (solid sub flooring, tile membrane, wedi board to waterproof the shower area, etc.) which was really important to us. We felt very comfortable letting Greg into our home while we were at work and had complete trust in him. He was very neat and made sure to clean up the at the end of each day so that there was minimal disruption to the rest of our house. Each day I would touch base with him and he would give me an update on what he would be doing and where he was in the process. Scott also checked in with me to make sure things were going well. The best part of the project was when they started to install the finishes. Greg is excellent at laying tile and since I consider myself to be a pretty picky person I really appreciated his attention to detail. He is a true craftsman. A few times some issues came up with products we ordered and he was really good about updating me on what was going on and he made every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible and work around the obstacles. He addressed any concerns that I had and did everything he could to ensure my 100% satisfaction. The finished product is amazing and we enjoy our new bathrooms every day. I don't think there are many companies out there like Scott Hall Remodeling. They are great at what they do, provide excellent service and use quality products which is rare nowadays. Aman came out to provide an estimate to do the work. He stated they would not need to tear into the wall to get access fix the tub that has been dripping for awhile. Aman was polite and explained what he could do, how he would repair the items. We advised him that we wanted him to go ahead and do the work. To our surprise, he started working on it right away. I figured we would need to schedule an appointment for the work to be done. He worked quickly and got the issues repaired and noticed that the shower diverter on the tub spout wouldn't work (which is something we hadn't noticed as we have not been using that bathroom). It was great that he was observant and noticed that matter! He got that repaired as well and now it works wonderfully. A word of note: we had a different plumbing company out last year who worked on the tub dripping and they came to the conclusion it could not be repaired without tearing into the wall. Glad we found a great plumber and company that could take care of the issue professionally. Also, the people that take the calls are the friendliest people I have talked to in quite some timeshow more

We arranged to have this work done in our Dublin condo while we were in Floride. After meeting with Simple Bath and discussing the project we were very comfortable allowing them access to our condo to do the work while we were gone. When the project was complete they sent us pictures. It was exactly what we wanted and we were eager to see the new shower when we returned to Ohio in the spring. Everything was exactly as we wanted and our home was left perfectly clean. If we hadn't known that the work was done we wouldn't have had any idea that there had been a construction project in our bathroom while we were away. The new shower is so much nicer than the one piece unit that came with our condo. And it feels a lot bigger! We are very glad we made this change to our home and extremely pleased with our choice to use Simple Bathshow more

The end result is absolutely outstanding and we love it. Because our job was smaller than many of the jobs that Renaissance usually does we agreed to have our work fitted in around the schedule of larger jobs they were doing at the time. This worked well for us since they made sure that we had one completed shower before starting work on the second. Renaissance did a complete remodel on our kitchen about 5 years ago so we knew that their work is top of the line. Owner Todd Smith is easy to work with and responsive to our calls. I was very happy with the work done by Bill Shepherd and his team at Craftsmen Service company. I have a small full bathroom that was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. This was my first remodeling project and Bill was helpful in recommending places to find quality materials that turned out looking very nice. Bill and his team gutted the bathroom down to the studs and literally remodeled/replaced everything in the room. The project took longer than I anticipated but Bill was very responsive when I reached out with any concerns I had and was able to get major parts of the project done when I needed them to be completed.
