Will not use again. I paid $1300.00 for a new toilet installation. They would not provide me an itemized receipt. They would not tell me the price of the toilet itself. I finally found it on a True Hardware site. Toilet price: $250.00. I should have done more research, but when your toilet is leaking, you need the situation rectified quickly. We had replaced two toilets and had changed out the seals in the old toilets and the new toilets, and both toilets continued to leak horribly into the basement every time they were flushed. The Waterworks tech ask to see how each toilet leaked, and then set to work. He discovered that both flanges were warped and would not seal properly. He flattened both flanges and newly sealed each toilet. He asked to see the basement again after each repair to verify each toilet was no longer leaking. They have not leaked since. He did the job we asked him to do for a price that was completely fair. The only thing that would have made the experience A+ would be if he'd cleaned up the trash and wiped up in each bathroom. These were insignificant in comparison to how happy we are to have both toilets fixedshow more

It went just fine for the shut off valve replacement and faucet installation. For the toilet replacement, we had a couple of things occur, but the company made it right. We have a very small space and we'd asked for one style toilet, but got a different one, and we weren't thrilled with the toilet seat added either. There was some question on whether the slope of the toilet was a bit off as well. The company came back out and fixed all of our concernsshow more

David checked the sink and determined it was an issue with the "plunger" within the sink, not the drain. It was a quick, easy fix. Next he looked at the toilet and determined there was no problem with the line, as we had suspected. He used a toilet auger to clear out the toilet, and things seem to be running smoothly nowshow more

Adam was great; he hauled the new toilets in and the old toilets out on a Friday. Eco Plumbers called me the following Monday to see if everything was going well, so I had the opportunity to tell them that one of the toilets was not flushing properly. They sent Adam out that evening, and he was able to reproduce the problem. I got a call today (Friday) that that toilet will be replaced on Tuesday. He fixed two different problems with the kitchen sink and looked at some problems we have been having with the toilets and resolved them. Tim was the service tech and he was very good and very nice. Gave me some advise on what to do and what not to do with the toilets. He gave me advise on what toilet paper to use and not to use and informed us not to use tablets in the toilet etc. I will continue to use himshow more

Called on 1/1/09 explaining I had water around the toilet base. No estimate was given just cost of the service call. Came out on 1/2/09 in the morning to repair the toilet leak. The plumber fixed a broken medal flange in the base of the toilet and replaced a shut off valve for this same toilet. It took around 45 minutes and he explained everything that he was doing as the job went alongshow more

It went well. They pulled the toilet in the morning. After another repair man replacing sub floor under toilet broke a pipe, The came back and repaired to pipe. After sub floor was replaced they came back and reset the toilet. They wanted to make sure I had a working toilet. Since I only have one in the houseshow more
