This business is remarkable! Completely professional from the first contact (for an estimate and explanation of service) to completion of the work. Paris (our technician) was always on time, very professional, explained everything he was going to do, the length of time of the job, etc. Everything he told us was completely accurate. Also, his set up, work and clean-up was immaculate. I would (will) definitely use Miracle Method (Columbus) again and recommend them to ANYONE who needs to have resurfacing work done. Our home is only 11 years old; however, we had cracks in our solid surface kitchen sink and both bathroom sinks. The cost of replacement would be well over $6,000 (and we couldn't justify that since the countertops were fine, only the sinks were cracked). When Miracle Method came out and gave us an estimate for the work, it was clear this was the best solution. We are so glad that we did this (we feel good and proud about our home again!) The estimate was EXACTLY what we were told (in fact less because Paris mentioned we should get a coupon from Angie's List, which we did). An item chipped our Rohl fireclay (porcelain) kitchen sink and I was so worried - replacement of an undermount sink sandwiched between a cabinet and a stone countertop was not an option, and the sink itself was not inexpensive. Ferguson Plumbing recommended Porcelain Professionals. I called the company and Diane gave me a quote over the phone of $150 which, given her travel time to my home in Dublin from Gahanna, seemed more than reasonable. She came out and was wonderful with our crazy dog (bonus points!) and worked efficiently and neatly. The sink now looks wonderful, and it must have been very difficult on the rounded edge where the chip was located. If I inspect it very, very closely, it has a slightly different texture than the rest of the sink, but Diane tells me that it should smooth out over time. Even if it doesn't, I am extremely pleased, as it looks a million times better than the alternative (and she assures me that she will come back out if it needs further attention). I would certainly recommend this company for similar work, and would call Diane again (though I hope I don't have to!)show more

waOur kitchen sink was a cream color and is 10 years old. It was showing a lot of wear and some chips. It is also not a standard shape and the granite around it was cut to the opening of the sink. So basically, we are stuck with the sink since the manufacturer no longer makes this shape sink. Miracle Method came out and was able to change the color of the sink to a different color and make it textured (which is what I wanted). The overall process went really well. I inquired about an estimate online during an afternoon and receive a call within an hour. We set up a time for an estimate. The day of the estimate, the employee (I cannot remember his names) was on time (actually early) and very helpful and respectful. We found a color that would match, but not compete with my granite. After receiving the estimate, I set up a time to have my sink refinished. The day of the refinishing, Mitch arrived on the earlier end of the arrival window. He was very polite and a hard worker. He explained the process and did his best to keep the fumes to a minimum. We lucked out and it was an unseasonably pleasant day so the windows were open during the refinishing process. My kids and I chose to remain on our main level during most of the refinishing since the fumes were not that bad due to the windows being open. Mitch let me know the fumes will get stronger and I should probably take the kids to another level. I appreciated his sensitivity to my children. Overall, the fumes were not too bad. However, there probably would have been a stronger odor in the house if we were not able to have the windows open for the remainder of the day. I really expected the fumes to be a lot worse. The finish product looks amazing! I love my new sink. I had expected not to be able to use the sink for a few days, but was able to use it 24 hours after it was refinished. It was a relief to find a solution for our worn looking and odd shaped sink. I am very pleased with the entire process and would not hesitate to hire them again if neededshow more

Doug was the guy who came and did the work, and he was really pleasant and conscientious. Between the first day's work and the second, our cat left a pawprint on the edge of the tub, and Doug wet sanded it and touched it up to fix it. When the finish on one of the sinks still looked a little uneven, and he could not do anything while the surface was sill wet, he came back early the following day (day 3) to wet sand and airbrush it. Absolutely amazing results. Refinished a fiberglass bathtub and surround that was original to my 1980's built condo. The gel coat had long since been scrubbed away and was impossible to clean. Coupled with that, I had glass shower doors - also impossible to keep clean. I removed the shower doors prior to the refinishing. They patched the holes, got rid of all of the old caulking, and literally used some miracle formula to clean the tub and refinish it. It went from a dingy beige to a sparkling bright white. I had a beige vanity and white china bowl that had been dinged up. They fixed the bowl and refinished the counter top - again, both now sparkling white. If you are considering a bathroom upgrade and budget is a concern, you need to consider this as an option. They literally covered up everything that wasn't getting refinished - the walls, toilet, door, cabinets, etc. to ensure the products being used would only reach the intended target. I have a good as new tub, without the hassle of a drawn out and expensive demo. I only have one full bath in my condo, so this was also a great option as I was really only without my bathtub for a day. The only con, if there is one, is there is a strong chemical smell (which they warn you about and should come as no surprise). The process was great from start to finish. They were on time for the estimate and for the actual work. They were very professional. Since chemicals are used they made sure that all the surfaces that they did not need to come in contact with were covered. They also cleaned up afterwards. Overall, the quality was fairly good, however it was not as good as shown in their examples at their showroom. The chemicals they use are very strong - took at least a week for the smell to go away. There were several places on the shower and countertop and sink where they sprayed unevenly and it appeared the sealer put on afterward had dripped. Also, some of the grout was uneven and had a blue streak in it, which had to be painted over. I called about the problems and they sent another workman out. He was helpful in fixing all the errors except one. The bottom of the sink had an area that has a different texture and color than the rest of the area - guess it couldn't be fixed any better. I can live with it - but I will be disappointed every morning when I brush my teeth and have to look at thatshow more

WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS MADE AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE AND THE FINISHED BATHROOM LOOKS WONDERFUL. SHOWER STALL WENT IN AS SCHEDULE WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS. DUE TO S PROBLEM WITH OUR BATHROOM, THE VANITY WE SUPPLIED DIDN'T FIT SO ALL WORK COULDN'T BE COMPLETED AT THAT TIME. The technician was prompt, efficient, polite, and careful. The results were excellent--the old, stained 1950's porcelain now looks like new. My only hesitancy about recommending this procedure is that it is far messier (drop cloths, equipment, and hoses through the house and down the hall) and more smelly than anything their website describes. The chemical smell lingered for about 24 hours. I was alarmed and called the company, who assured me it was just a smell, not particulates. But smells can indeed be dangerous, as we know about paint fumes, and nowhere on the Internet could I could find information about the chemicals used here. In short, it left me uneasy about what we were breathing, and I wish their website had given more information about the process and its safety. I can understand now why one of the Angie's report-givers freaked about the whole experience. Thus I'm unsure about making a recommendationshow more
