Requested a quote for old shed removal and building a new shed in a new place in the backyard. Quote was appropriately given. They scheduled the work on July 3rd, even though its an observed holiday day. Johnathan and a helper came, neatly removed the old shed, and very professionally built the new shed. Jonathan was great and his product is priced competitively. I visited the lot on Morse rd and talked with Jonathan about our wants/needs. We agreed on a model, add ons and cost. He was patient with all of my questions and over analysis. We put $100 down and paid the balance once the shed was built on our lot. He has some great pre-built sheds at great prices already built on his lot--but due to our fence, we needed a shed built on site. I am attaching photos. We love the shed. We did not put down gravel or cement and he leveled the shed on cement blocks as well as smart siding shims. He guaranteed the work so I'm trusting that the shed will remain level. This is my first experience with Ohio Shed Builders and Brian was wonderful. Brian came out and gave us a very fair estimate for our new shed. He also agreed to take down the existing structure that was there. Within 2 weeks he came back out with all the materials and built us a beautiful, 8x10 and quot;Statesmanand quot; shed. The workmanship and attention to detail are very impressive. The shingles on the shed actually match the shingles on our house which I liked. The shed is sturdy and durable. Brian put a shelf inside and also some 2by4's on one wall so I could keep all my garden tools rakes, shovels etc against the wall without them falling to the floor. I looked at a lot of shed builders and the sheds at the big box stores. Most were very poorly built. Beachy Barns builds a shed that is superior to all those and at a descent price. Right from the start they treated me well and offered great product knowledge without being pushy. They built a great shed and I'm very happy with my overall experienceshow more

I needed a back yard shed, which needed to be more than your regular "Home Depot or Bargin store" shed. Yontz builders was able to listen to my needs in regard to the shed, and appropriately built the perfect housing unit for my riding mower. The contractor shopped for basic shed kits, and reviewed the choices with me, and then purchased the kit along with other needed materials to "customize" my unit. The workers showed up on time, worked continuously, cleaned up afterwards, and haul all scrapes and debris away. The shed was a 8 X 10 that stands 12 feet high. The basic shed itself, did not come with the proper flooring or bracing for floor, to with stand the constant weight of the lawn tractor. This company laid additional flooring, added supports, built a custom ramp for easy access, finished the roof with "actual" roof shingles, and returned the following day to caulk, seal and paint open edges of fiberboard used for the sheds side walls. The unit looks great and the added touches ensured that this shed will last many years. Without this contactors experience and ability to "listen" to my needs, I would of never recieved anything of this quality from any other contractorshow more

Showed up on time for the estimate. I had priced out garden sheds with the major home improvement stores. ShedPro1 built a much better product for less money. He even took the time to match the shed color to our home siding. I delayed the build twice for personal scheduling issues but on the scheduled day they were on time and efficient. Supplies were delivered by 3 gentlemen just before the time they were scheduled to arrive. They laid everything out neatly. Everyone knew his job and proceeded to do it. The entire process was fantastic from Johnathon coming to my house to give me an estimate to the actual construction of the shed. Brian responded promptly to an email sent via his website. I was able to text him pictures of my broken down shed doors and he quoted me a reasonable rate. It took a couple weeks to get on his schedule, but he kept me posted while I waited. On the day he was available, he showed up right on time with another worker. It took them two hours to replace the shed doors, exactly as long as he had promised. The doors look amazing and are so much sturdier than the doors that came with the shed, with much better quality hardware! My only regret is that I waited so long to have the work done. I was ready to buy a pre-built shed from Home Depot, as I found the one I liked on their website, but when it became a real paint find someone to install it, I decided to go another route and researched garden sheds on line. I called Ohio Shed Builders and another company. Brian called me back that day. We arranged a time for me to come to the shop and check out his sample building. I told Brian about the shed I found at Home Depot, and he took the time to go look at one just like it at a Home Depot near his shop. From the beginning, Brian was great to work with. He promptly sent me an estimate, and we got on the schedule. On the day of installation, he showed up on time, and he and his helper were courteous, polite, and professional. They were neat and clean and efficient. Our shed is a 15 x 8 Gable style, and we love it. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work. The shed is sturdy, and well built, much better than the one I chose at Home Depot!! He installed roofing, and study door latches. We couldn't be happiershow more

The quality of Jason's sheds are really second to none. I purchased a unit that had constructed at his site off Morse Road. It has several nice features like tongue and groove siding, a metal roof, and a screened window. I got this shed to replace one that had been demolished by a felled tree during the dercho on June 30, 2012. This shed has lofts built into either end, and the interior is high enough I don't have to stoop over to enter or move around inside. Additionally, the floor is treated plywood and not strand board (used by other builders). Jason delivered the shed on the date he promised, loaded on the back of a flat-bed truck. He even called me while on route to advise that he was slowed by heavy traffic. Using his and quot;muleand quot;, he drove the shed off his truck, around the side my house to the spot I wanted the shed situated. All my neighbors came out to watch him place my shed, and they were amazed that he was able to move something that large all by himself and without damaging the lawn. Now that I've had the shed a couple of years, I am still satisfied with the shed. I would not hesitate to use Alum Creek Garden Buildings againshow more

They did a most wonderful job. The yard looks great and they are very professional. I mean I liked these guys from the second I met them, before they even did any work they already had my repeat business just bc they are such good guys. The mow/trim job was done fast and looks great. They also erected our 8x10 shed we purchased. It involved building the floor as well. We couldn't be any happier with these guys.
