We had a basement drain back-up causing the basement to flood. Eco Plumbers came the next day, evaluated the problem, and determined that our sewage line needed to be cleaned. Chris was our service guy and he did a great job explaining what the problem and what he had to do to fix it. He also provided recommendations for preventing this from happening again. Eco Plumber is our preferred provider for any problems related to plumbing

I purchased the 'big deal' for main drain cleaning with camera inspection to use as a maintenance procedure. Then... before I called to use the service my main drain backED up and ... YUK ! I called to have the service done, I was given a time estimate THAT SAME DAY, the technician (Chris Stinson) called, shows up as promised. It was a dirty tough job, about 2 hours but Chris kept at it until the drain was clear all with good attitude. Give that man a raise

CPR Drain Cleaning
Drain started backing up the night before which I assumed was because of roots. I called about 15 other companies and got everything from "we can get out in a few days" to "we charge $60 to come out and we can't give you an estimate until we get there." I called CPR and someone answered before they even opened! I told them what was up, found out the price, and told them I wanted them to come out. They called my wife to arrange the trip shortly thereafter and the roots were cleaned out, cleaned up, and taken care of in record time. We're very happy with the service. Time will tell whether it was just a small hole poked through or if it was adequately cleaned. They gave us a 90 day warranty

They did a good job. The last time they came out, they used a high pressure water hose to do the job. So, it was a little more expensive than the normal cleaning procedure. However, it was really worth it. I have a very low sewer. So, it needs frequent cleaning. They really clean it up well. Currently, the sewer is very clean

Went down the basement to find sewerage bubbling up from the drain in the floor. We called the company and they came out same day. They found tree and shrub roots in the sewer line. They completed the work in about an hour. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Our sewer line backed up into our basement, and Eco Plumbers had two different teams out to our house within 24 hrs (the first within only about 3 hrs). They alleviated the blockage and found that some repairs and improvements to our sewer line were needed. The teams were extremely professional and courteous, and they took the time to make sure we understood what was going on in our property. As for the repair, they provided several options in a wide variety of price ranges, and clearly explained how each option would affect the future performance of our sewer system. They also provided several different options for payment and financing. The final work has been scheduled but is yet to be completed; however, so far my husband and I have been extremely impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Eco Plumbers. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone

FANTASTIC!!! 10:30am: The call center heard the urgency in my voice and told me they could get someone out that mid-afternoon; but then I got another call back (30 mins) and they said the technician would arrive in the next 30 minutes, which he did. The plumber was kind, polite, and helpful. He asked about what had been happening and to take a look at the pertinent areas. Offered me candid impressions of what he really thought he would find and predictions of how it might need to be addressed. He treated me as though I were a customer—not prey. “I want to be your plumber.” He offered helpful possible solutions at all levels and honored all estimates he gave—even though his work far exceeded those costs. After further investigation—He was spot on!—he diligently worked to resolve the urgent situation, so my family didn’t have to go to a hotel and incur additional costs! Travis’ work skyrocketed the expectations for value and he treated me like a person. He wasn’t scaring me into thousands of dollars needed for work, he addressed the emergency situation –reasonably priced) and helped me to make a moderate plan for the bigger issue –for which he also didn’t find scary numbers or words. Travis was simply awesome! Dedicated, Honest, Respectful, Kind, Integrity—Our house has a new superhero (and a new plumber)!!

Underground Connections - Trenchless Sewer Repair
I couldn't say enough high praises for this company. Our sewer line started to backup, and Underground Connections was the second company we called. When the first company came in, they did a rather superficial exploration. Our clean-out was in the crawl space, but they declined to go down there or try to figure out how the piping was laid down. As a result, they misdiagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of approximately $1400. When their solution failed, they proposed a heavy-handed alternative, which involved ripping out concrete pavement just outside the house. The work would have cost us close to $9000 if not more. This was enough to lose confidence in that company which we have used several times in the past. This is when I called the Underground Connections. When their technicians came in, I explained the situation to one of them. He went down to the crawl space with me, listened carefully to what I had to say, thought about it, contemplated various possibilities, and proposed an approach that was most unpleasant (dirty/smelly) for him but most effective in solving the actual problem. The work was set to take place two days from this initial visit. To my surprise, they were able to come back the very next day (one day earlier than what we originally scheduled) and take care of the issue in well under two hours. The total cost was $400! Beyond the saving, we are extremely impressed by their work ethics and willingness to help us in the very stressful situation. I highly recommend this company
