Samsung Dishwasher Repair in Columbus

I had Service Quick come out to look at a brand new Samsung dishwasher that leaked. They came out 5 times to try to repair the seal and failed. 1) They refused to pull out the dishwasher to troubleshoot it. They forced me (the homeowner) to remove the dishwasher for them. I tried to tell them that they they were the service technicians, not me. They refused to troubleshoot the unit until I did this for them. True story. I was shocked by this. 2) The machine would not leak using a built-in 5-min test cycle. It took about 10-15 minutes on it's regular cycle. The service tech refused to wait 10 minutes to look at this. He said he was too busy for this and he'd have to return when it was leaking. I told him to wait 10 minutes and he refused and left. He actually left my house twice because he couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot for 10 minutes. I called the office to speak to a service manager; nobody ever called me back. Summary: This company is a nightmare to work with. Don't do itshow more
