The people at Bradford xteriors are top notch. They bent over backwards to work with our insurance company to replace the siding. The insurance company only wanted to replace the few missing pieces of siding with siding that did not match well. Both sides fo the house had previously been repaired by another company and the sides of the house were becoming a miss-matched eyesore. Bradford xteriors came up with a plan in which they removed all of the siding from one side and used this to repair the other side of the house. This eliminated the miss matched colors. Then they replaced the siding on the first side of the house with the new siding which is of a slightly different color. Since the whole side of the house is of one color, the differences are not noticable and the house once again is whole and looks goodshow more

A job performed by pro con exteriors was excellent. Vernon was always communicating with us on what day and what time crew would arrive. The employees were all very nice, cordial and respectful of property. If needed for any future work I will hire them in a minute. I would also strongly recommend them to do a joshow more

Crew leader Johnny and the other workers did an excellent job, with much attention to detail. They were able to preserve the dentil molding on the front and south side of the house, though this required cutting out and installing small pieces of siding. They also exceeded expectations by installing siding on the front and back porches, though this wasn't part of the original estimate. Another pleasant surprise: The Angie's List "Big Deal" called for using entry-level siding, but I believe the company ended up using siding that was thicker and more expensive. All in all, I'm very happy with the resultsshow more

The process went extremely fast and very smooth. Bradford came out to look over the job on 10/23 and provided an oral quote at that time with a written contract proposal submitted on 10/27. It was accepted on 10/28. Work commenced the next day (10/29) and was completed the following day (10/30) in a workman-like manner. All personnel were professional, courtesy, and responsive. The price paid ($5250) might have been a bit high for the job, but the prompt and satisfactory result made it worthwhileshow more

We had siding damage and B&T came out to discover we had roof damage as well. They worked extensively with our insurance company to get us a valid claim for the roof. After they worked everything out with the insurance company, the actual service which was performed was fast and high in quality. I experienced storm damage to my roof and called 4 different companies to quote on the work. Out of all of them, Ohio Exteriors was my clear choice. The owner, James, was the most responsive, helpful, and genuine person I had spoken withduring the entire process. In fact, he was the ONLY one that took the time to break out a ladder and walk the roof. On his way up the ladder he noticed some fairly significant hail damage to my aluminum siding. No other contractor bothered to check. Thankfully my insurance company rocks and when the inspector agreed with James' assessment, they covered the roof AND the siding. I gave Ohio Exteriors my business on that fact alone. The roof was redecked and vented and was adorned with significantly better quality dimensional shingles. The siding was replaced With easy care vinyl and I was even afforded a nice architectural detail by combining a clapboard with cedar shake design. My house looks 1000% better than I had ever imagined. Ohio Exteriors helped turn what was a most nerve- racking experience into a really exceptional one. The whole Highland Exteriors team was amazing. A storm damaged our siding. We found out about Highland Exteriors through a neighbor and gave them a shot versus all the others that swarmed our neighborhood in the aftermath of the storm. Tom really took care of us and made the whole thing really easy. Very responsive, very professional, and he was always patient with us.
