It was our first time using this company. The team was very nice and professional that came to clean our home. We had a big birthday party to prepare for and they took all of the hassle off our shoulders to prepare for overnight guests. We will most certainly be calling them again to come clean on a regular basis. At the end they asked me to check their work and there were only a few things that got missed, but they jumped right into action to do them. Great peoplshow more

Alma and her colleague were great. Friendly, and got right to work. We got a Living Social voucher for cleaning worth $64 for 4 hours of house cleaning. Two cleaners came for 2 hours, but ended up staying for 2 and a half -- 5 hours of cleaning. I asked if they would do the bathrooms and if they had time, the kitchen. They did both bathrooms, the kitchen, and then some. And it looks amazing. Nothing was left undone. In the kitchen alone they did the basics, plus washing all the cabinets, the toaster oven, the INSIDE of the oven (I didn't know it could look like that), our coffee maker looks like they replaced it with a brand new one. After they left I'd find something ELSE that was clean. They were great. I'd definitely hire them again, especially that pair. Brenda and her crew have been cleaning our home for over 5 years. They are hard working and have excellent attention to detail. We love that she and crew all participate in the cleaning so that they only have to spend one hour at our home. Brenda, herself, cleans our kitchen, right down to scrubbing the floor on her hands and knee. We have been very pleased with all the work they have done, and have used them also to clean a rental before new tenants move in. They are very adaptable to what type of cleaning you need done. The crew of 4 arrived on time. They cleaned the kitchen, master bedroom & bath, and dusted and vacuumed the living room, dining room, stairs, and hall. The crew did a very nice job. I was very pleased with the rooms they were able to finish--the kitchen, master bedroom and bath all looked great! They were on site for about 1.5 hours. First, let me say that this was my first time hiring a cleaning service for my home so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but after this experience I will most likely never hire someone to clean my house again..... I found Ines Housecleaning here on Angie's list and read some mixed reviews. Most of the negative ones were due to responsiveness and the positive ones stated that they were satisfied with the quality of the service. I figured I would give it a try since it seemed like such a great deal, $69 for 4hrs of cleaning. After I bought the deal I was able to include in my purchase my contact info and the days that worked best for me to schedule service. I purchased over the weekend and requested Monday or Tuesday of that week, even though I knew it was far fetched, but wanted it done asap. I was not contacted by anyone until 7pm Tuesday evening. I figured it was not a big deal since I'm sure they had other scheduled appts and a business to run. Ines contacted me via email asking if there were any other days that worked for me. I asked if she was free Wednesday or Thursday. I did not hear back again until Thursday night:( Needless to say this went on for several more days until I finally asked if she had a number I could call her at to finally schedule a date as it took 48hrs for her to respond to each email! So a week and a half after I purchased the deal the day had finally arrived for my service.....I know it really wasn't that long of a wait, but I wanted my house cleaned ASAP and if she had just told me in the beginning that she was booked until a certain date I would have understood. Day of service: Keep in mind I was already frustrated by the terrible communication on their part, but never voiced it or was unpleasant in any way. Ines was scheduled to come at noon which was perfect as my kids were at school and I had an appointment at one. I figured I would get her all set then go about my day. Wrong. She was 45 minutes late:( I even called her to ask if she was still coming in a very nice tone and waiting somewhat patiently. When she finally showed up I was surprised to see so many staff with her. I thought "this is a good sign, they are going to be so thorough" . As soon as she walked in she told me that each one of them counted for 1hr so instead of 4hrs of cleaning I would get one! I was dumbfounded! She got there at 12:50 and said they would leave at 1:50 and just started going through my house without even asking if there was anything specific I wanted to focus on or anything. I was speechless, but I had no time to try and make sense of it all as I was late for an appointment. When I got home a few hours later, they were of course gone. I really didn't know what to expect walking through my door....I was pleasantly surprised that the house looked good and smelled good! I started to think that maybe all of the hassle was worth it! I was so very wrong..... Upon closer inspection I noticed that my kitchen blinds looked crooked. They must have been attempting to clean them, but broke the string on one side that holds each blind in place:( I thought ok, I will just remove them before my husband gets home and says I told you so, I'd been wanting new ones anyways. The picture is just of my bare kitchen window as I already had put it in our outside trash can. Next, I noticed a piece of trim missing between my pantry and kitchen counter. They must have been in such a rush or cleaning so abrasively that the wood piece was actually pushed all the way in and I had to come up with a creative way to fish it out and put it back in place. You will see in the picture that I had managed to wedge it back it somewhat straight. The icing on the cake was when I discovered why my house smelled so good...They had unplugged one of my oil plug in air fresheners and plugged it back in upside down! The oil had leaked down my wall, onto the baseboard and into my carpet!!! After all of this, I thought I could still just let it go. Until today. I was giving my son a bath in the kids bathroom and noticed that a chunk of the toilet lid was broken off. I found the pieces on the floor next to the toilet. I checked with my husband first to make sure he hadn't done it and my older son and they had no idea what I was talking about. My youngest is never in the bathroom alone. Something hard must have banged it and the only time my eldest is in there is to get in the shower and there's no way that his body bumping it could do that (its on the side closest to the shower). To say that I am livid is an understatement. I just installed this toilet, myself mind you, a year and a half ago and it is an expensive one piece toilet that was extremely heavy, but I wanted it for the kids because I figured it would be easier to keep clean. This is what put me over the edge. If this company was to busy to clean my house they should have just said so instead of ripping me off time wise and destroying my house:show more

Mandy and JoAnn (mother/daughter team) have been cleaning my home for about the last 11 months. I had been on their "waiting list" for more than a year and was thrilled when they told me that they finally had an opening. Let s just say it was worth the wait! Not only are they delightful people, but their attention to detail, their honesty and their professionalism, just make it a pleasure to come home on a day when they have been to clean at my home. I had been through several cleaning companies and several individuals who "claimed to clean", only to discover a large layer of dust under chairs, scratches on an antique dining room table when they left. The final straw was realizing that one person had a "criminal rap sheet" longer than my drapes (and I left him alone in my house with my precious animals and family heirlooms! I still loose sleep about that). To be honest, Mandy and JoAnn are so honest and up front about what they can and will do, that I knew right off the bat, that they were my kind of people. Every time they are there, they do "little extras" (which are not "little" at all to me). I feel like they are not only hard-working and super-efficient, but they really are more like friends and a perfect fit in my household. They bring their own supplies, but were always willing to apply anything that I specifically wanted used on something very accommodating. JoAnn has been known to discover that I had towels in my clothes dryer that had not been yet folded and to come home and find that this was done, it like finding a great gift at the end of a busy day. I also discovered that an old friend, from out of town, was suddenly going to be dropping in a staying for a weekend. though Mandy and JoAnn were not scheduled until the following week, they were able to fit in a tidy up of my downstairs, just to save me from the added stress of trying to clean up before my company arrived. They are sweet and kind to my 2 cats and small dog and when I leave for work, I know that my household is in good hands. I truly wish more people/companies had their kind of work ethicshow more

WOW! I have hired a handful of residential cleaners recently to help take some "work" off of my plate! I'm a stay at home working mom...yes, I work from home WITH KIDS- it's a lot! After 3 years of cleaning on my own, I finally decided to give "cleaners" a chance. I hired 2 different ladies and was less than impressed. A friend of mine referred We Clean and let me tell you, AMAZING. They are all incredibly friendly, extremely professional, and hands down...they mean business when it comes to cleaning. My home has NEVER been this clean, not even when we moved in (and we bought a brand new new build!). They clean your baseboards and EVERY nook and cranny you can think of (or don't even consider!). They even cleaned some of my decor items that have never been touched! I would recommend them 10/10 times to anyone looking to have their home cleaned BETTER than they could ever clean it themselves...which is what I wanted! They are fairly priced and were able to get me scheduled in less than a week! I absolutely love them, and can attest to at least 4 other homes that they clean- everyone raves!
