The company tech was at the rental property to repair a broken window and I ask him is we could get screens for two of the windows. He measured the windows and ordered the screens for me. They were in in less than two weeks and worked out great. I picked them up at Kerblers and installed the screens. Everything went well! I scheduled an appointment with Todd. He showed up on time, measured all of the screens exactly, gave me an estimate, made the screens within a couple of weeks, came back and installed them. I asked him to add a couple of pull tabs and he gladly did fairly quickly. The new screens look great, they match the windows, fit perfectly and you can't even tell they're replacement screens. I would like to add that a different company that is well known really dropped the ball prior to this (didn't take exact measurements, lost the paperwork, made me wait two months for an estimate) and I'm really glad I found The Screen Man on Angie's List because he was far more professional, detail oriented, fast and concerned about my happiness with the new screens. I actually had him rescreen another screen after this (I have a couple of rental properties) because I was happy with his service. If I ever need screens in the future, I'll call him first. We were very pleased with the exterior window cleaning service provided by 20/20 View. The young man who performed the cleaning was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived on time, explained everything in advance, confirmed the cost and in short order had all the windows spotlessly cleaned. We would absolutely hire them againshow more

The installation went fine, although the weather was very inclement. The windows seem to be a very good quality window. The screen door locking mechanism was defective. After the final inspection, it took numerous telephone calls and three house visits before the mechanism was finally replaced. The door is fine now. The storm door was finally fixed on Aug. 13, five months after the installation. The only remaining issue is the damage that was done to the exterior house siding when the kitchen window was installed. Regardless of the number of calls I have made, Rosati Windows has not yet come out to fix the siding. The main issue I have is the total lack of communication. Although I have left many telephone messages, the issue has not been resolved and I do not receive return calls. I did finally get an inspector to come out and look at the damage, but that was over two months ago, and I have not had any further response from Rosati. Although the windows have a lifetime warranty, I have to wonder what type of service I will get if any of the windows become defective. I have not had any success in contacting my original salesman, as he does not return my calls eithershow more

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. ON THE DAY THAT THE WASHING WAS SCHEDULE FOR THE WINDOWS, IT RAINED; HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE SCREENS TO THE SHOP AND REPAIRED THEM THERE. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK ON THE FIRST GOOD DAY AFTER THAT TO WASH THE WINDOWS. IT RAINED FOR SEVERAL MORE DAYS, BUT WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK ONE NIGHT, IT WAS APPARENT THAT ALL MY WINDOWS WERE SPARKLING, AND ALL THE SCREENS WERE IN PLACE AND LOOKED WONDERFUL. I called John to provide an estimate at my daughter's house for replacement of all screens in the house. The screens were the originals from when the house was built and they all had tears or holes in them. She also had one window which did not have a screen in it, and she wanted to have a screen made so she could open the window for fresh air. It had been difficult to get the screens out of the windows, let alone find someone who could rescreen them for her. John came out the next day and gave my daughter a quote for the job- $240.00 for all 12 windows AND he offered to come to the house and set up his equipment in her garage and repair and replace the windows on-site. John was great - very professional, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. And we were very happy with his price. My daughter set up a date about a week later for John to come out.
