Jacob was responsive in communication and fair in his pricing. Mike and Ike did an excellent job. There were some small spots that needed touch up that were shown to Jacob during final walk-through and he found a couple of tiny micro bubbles that we didn't even see. The whole job from start to finish took only 3 days! Somehow it timed out where there was an extra crew available, so it was all hands on deck. I'd neglected to move things off the kitchen counters but they took care of that too. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. When Jerry came back a few days later to do a walk-through, we found a couple of spots and he fixed those on the, well, spot. Aside from some slight miscommunication in the beginning as to when things were going to start, overall I am very pleased with this project and would recommend them

We initially called Ando to repair a doorbell and a toilet, and for an estimate on installing flourescent lights in the basement of my daughter's house in Columbus. When he came to fix the doorbell, the toilet had already fixed itself, and Ando suggested that rather than going through the expense of installing ceiling lights we try higher wattage bulbs in the basement pole lamp. We then asked Ando to give us an estimate on putting up crown molding in a bathroom. While walking through the house he noted that in many rooms there were cracks where the ceiling met the walls, and the fan blades were loose on my daughter's fan, which he immediately tightened. (We tried the brighter bulbs in the basement and they worked). A few days later Ando sent us an estimate which seemed reasonable, so we asked him to do the work. My daughter was incredibly pleased with the work Ando did. He was at her house on three days and went above and beyond what he had agreed to do. While he was there the toilet broke again and he fixed it. He fixed the cracks in the living room cathedral ceiling and plastered a large area on a bedroom wall, and the cracks where ceiling met wall throughout the house. He bought the crown molding for the bathroom, my daughter primed it and he installed it. She was to paint the final coat after it was installed but Ando painted that too. He not only tightened the fans and light fixtures, he cleaned them. There was a futon in pieces in the basement we were trying to repair. He bought the specialty bolts for it, put it together and with my daughter's help carried it upstairs and put it in place in a bedroom. My daughter is an artist and needed spindles cut, he cut 20 spindles for her with a power saw. While he was working at her house, my daughter had a friend call whose hot water heater had broken. Ando and a friend went to her house the next morning and fixed the water heater. Ando was upbeat and cheerful, friendly to my daughter's dog (he let him out of the cage since he was barking then the dog returned the kindness by chewing up one of his paint rollers.) He did a terrific job and went above and beyond what was asked of him and only charged a very few dollars more for the extra work. My daughter was so pleased with his work that we paid Ando more than the amount billed

A day after the quote, the job was scheduled and completed. The repairs were done first thing in the morning as scheduled(about 8:15 AM)and it only took an hour or so. I had my house back to myself by 9:30. The person who did the repairs was careful not to make a mess, was pleasant, and seemed professional. He was skilled at blending the repairs into the existing work, and only someone who was told a repair was done and where would even notice. So I was pleased

The job went fine. The tech took a lot of pride in doing the drywall to make it look like it had been there for 20 years -- it matched the rest of the drywall. That was okay. It took them a long time to do the work. I've used them various other times and the job tends to vary depending on who comes out. You can request certain handymen, however. They really dig in and do the work

Overall I am pleased with the work performed by Davor. I had to open my ceiling to fix a plumbing leak so I needed someone to repair the hole. Instead of patching the hole I wanted to have the knock down on the entire ceiling in my dining room skimmed, replace the drywall that was removed due to the leak, and then new knockdown applied. I requested a quote from five companies and only three even responded back to my request. Of those three that did respond Davor (Duno LLC) was by far the most responsive to my inquiries as well as providing a timely price quote. When it came time to perform the work Davor was kept his schedule and was very professional throughout the entire experience. If able I would give his overall grade as a B+ as there were some minor things that kept me from grading the work as an A. The work was well done, however I noticed some small areas (Usually by a corner) that had very little knockdown texture once it dried, not noticeable by visitors but something that I can tell. Also he tried hard to keep the areas clean (its messy work) but I did have to spend about 5 to 10 minutes after each texture application cleaning up walls, counters, etc. Overall I would use this company again in the future and would recommend Duno LLC to provide Drywall and or ceiling repair services for your home/business. Their prices were reasonable. The quality of work they did was good. They did a really good job. We had somebody else do a couple of windows, and we had to keep calling them to fix them, but I have never had a problem with the windows fixed by Rosati. Everybody from Rosati was friendly, and they stuck to their business while they were doing the work. They were nice but not too friendly. They did their business very well

Fantastic. The price was very reasonable, and they finished all three rooms in a week. The walls were a mess and they did a great job of repairing them and making them smooth. They were also great with my dogs, which was a definite plus. Melvin even gave me advice on taping, painting and fixing up my trim. He definitely went above and beyond - when they saw that I was painting ceilings without an extension pole, Melvin loaned me his spare and even left it with me after their work was complete so that I could finish painting the rooms. He told me to just call him when I was done and he would pick it up. They crew sounded like they had a lot of fun while they were working, which I thought was refreshing

I could not have asked for a better first time experience with getting plaster work done.
