We initially purchased the Big Deal to have our porcelain tile and grout cleaned and sealed. The grout looked fantastic in most of the areas afterwards, however, some of the grout did not come clean and some areas of the grout needed repair. After talking with Joe, he recommended that color sealing the grout would resolve that problem. Plus it had a 10 year warranty. We decided to have him to repair and color seal the grout on an area of approximately 425 square feet. Joe and Brandon worked tirelessly to complete the project, paid attention to details, and were meticulous. The project was quoted cost effective and there were no hidden costs. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism! We would highly recommend Pure Clean Carpet & Tile for future projects

it was okay. grout not really cleaned well, understanding the previous owners had not done a good job in upkeep, but you could tell there was residue. We got commercial grout cleaner after they finished and scrubbed the fllors by hand and got the grout back to white natural colors.

The tile cleaned nicely but the grout still looked awful. Stated they could stain the grout to make appearance uniform but for another ~$1000. grout and tile around commodes, corners... were not cleaned properly - machine does not reach in tight quarters.

The two young men who did the job were cordial but professional, protected the house while they used hoses etc., were punctual and did not waste time. I'm happy with the results, especially as my alternative is replacing the floor. As it turns out, I overpaid for the service because my bathroom was much smaller than the allowable square footage for the Big Deal--but this is not their fault. The quality of the service was certainly very good, as were the results. They left the work site clean and better than they found it

They were amazing. They were completely professional. It was safe being with them in the house because there is always a concern. It's the third time I've had them here for different things. They have this tile cleaner which gets the grout so clean, that it looks new. The tile in my house probably had twelve years worth of dirt in the grout and it had never been sealed. The grout if white now and it is ninety five percent clean

They were excellent. He was on vacation when I called him and he picked up my call, even though he was on vacation. He picked up my call and we set a date for the following month and he came out on the date and he was clean and did the job. I think we got it all done within the big deal cost. I might have gone a little bit over, but it was in my agreement to start with. He had a lot of work to do. I think I bought three hours of his time and I didn't know if I went over that or not. He was prompt. We set a date and he came at the time he was supposed to come. He was clean, he put floor covering down, and he did a great job. I was very happy with his services. He was really good

Always an exception job by Ray and Mike. Grout gets especially dirty and looks like new. They point out loose grout and tile cracks as well. Cover all corners of furniture that cannot be moved and are very careful.
