Overall it went well. The tech was helpful in explaining my options. He couldn't do exactly what I wanted but that was in no way his fault. It was a poor house design. One problem: the tech said he would make my shower water hotter and in fact made it colder. He did say he would come to make it right. He said he was at my home twice one day we scheduled but I don't know how we could have missed each other. I was home. The second scheduled time I was running late and may have missed him. I gave up and decided to try to fix it myself

The faucet was repaired, but we were charged WAY too much for the the actual part and the actual time the tech was there. The tech spent minimal time fixing the problem and overcharged us for his time and product. We fought with the company to come back out and reimburse us. They were not very understanding. They said the tech was there for 1 and half hours, when he was really only there about a half hour. I would not recommend

Attempted to replace the cartridge for my shower/bath faucet. I’ve done it before, but ended up stripping the set screw on the faucet handle. They arrived promptly, and quickly drilled out the screw on the handle. They also replaced the cartridge for me, fixing the leak. I let them know I would get a new handle. The whole job took approximately 45 minutes; although, 5-10 minutes were spent talking on the phone about a different job. Great job overall until the asked for $217 for the work. I paid less, but I still feel I paid too much. Their prices will keep me from using them again

TRI-VILLAGE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NOW CHARGES A FLAT RATE FOR SERVICE INDEPENDENT OF THE TIME AND LABOR IT TAKES FOR THE SERVICE. I THINK $154.83 IS OUTRAGEOUS FOR LESS THAN 20 MINUTES OF WORK AND A LEAKING FAUCET. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PRICE BUT WAS TOLD THEY HAVE TO CHARGE A FLAT RATE AND THIS IS BEFORE THEY KNOW WHAT IS WRONG, HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE AND WHAT PARTS ARE NEEDED. THE OLD TRI-VILLAGE COMPANY WAS MORE FAIR ABOUT THEIR PRICING IN MY EXPERIENCE

Jack Woods Plumbing was professional. The plumber was professional and efficient. I recently moved into an older home, and found some plumbing issues. He fixed a sink leak and two toilets (needed to fix valves to prevent water from constantly running). One shower would not run hot water - he rebuilt the faucet control. I will use again for future plumbing needs

THEY DID THE GAS LINE JOB FOR THE AGREED PRICE. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART FOR THE FAUCET, IN THE VAN, SO I HAD TO PAY PART OF A SERVICE CALL FOR THEM TO COME BACK. THIS WAS PARTLY MY FAULT BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE BRAND OF THE FAUCET WAS ONE BRAND AND IT WAS ANOTHER. THEY FORGOT TO RETURN MY CALL THE NEXT DAY, TO ARRANGE A RETURN CALL. THE OWNER ADMITTED HE FORGOT AND APOLOGIZED. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY

Turned out very well. I liked that the main plumber that came was very courteous. Had their shoes covered going in and out of the house. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and there was some extra issues that had to be resolved. They had to cut into our wall to get into the fixture. I felt they did it in the most cost effective way. Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards
