Wonderfully. Amber Harmon came and spent nearly 2hrs at my house she listened and also offered suggestions. Less than 2 weeks later we met at Sims Lohan to look at the design and also select cabinets and counters. However the first quote was too much for. We both then thought about alternatives. Amber was able to find a deal on good cabinets which really allowed to put things back in my plan together with Craig from Sims we found a price I could afford and a plan that has nearly everything I wanted. We did get two finished design options for our kitchen but we are in the process of determining whether to complete the project. Robert has been great to work with. He has been very attentive and quick to respond. Even though he talks about how busy he is, he makes an effort to get back to you in a timely matter. We knew we weren't ready for a new bathroom yet, but we wanted someone to assess the feasabilty of turning an office into a masterbath, and that's what they did. We picked the right people to design and build our new four-season room. We wanted to save an upstairs window but didn't want a shed roof design. Others said they could not save the window with the design we wanted. Ohio Exteriors LLC. said they could custom design and build the roof to save our window. Our plan was to build the addition as if it as part of the original house. Ohio Exteriors LLC. did a good job in meeting our goal. Renee kept the project moving with very little down time. Todd kept a tight handle on keeping the materials and subcontractors coming in a timely matter. Derrick was the project foremen and was on the job nearly every day. He was definitely the kind of person you would want to lead a project like ours. He seemed to be able to do just about anything. He was very approachable and would stop anything he was doing to answer our questions about our project. Everyone including subcontractors did a professional job and cleaned up every night. The experience was very nice and educational. He took the time to not only listen to my needs and ideas but explained how some things could work and why others would not. He then developed two different design for kitchen remodel options. One included a peninsula and the other was an island.
