Billiards Plus
Rob came to rebalance our pool table. He showed up on time and got right to work. I was surprised to see that he had to dismantle the pool table to rebalance it. It was methodical and answered my questions as he went. The table is perfect now! He was neat, professional and friendly. Billiards Plus includes rebalancing in the cost of the table, which is why there is no figure shown for amount paid. A good experience

scot was great! start to finish, scot and his assistant worked like fine tuned machines. in 2 hours my billiard table was disassembled, transported, reassembled and ready for action. he also detached my wall mounted cuestick holder, gathered all my accessories and transported them too. since the new location is a rental property, he recommended where i could buy a freestanding accessories holder so i wouldn't have to drill any holes. he promised that my table would look exactly the same in its new home and he delivered! he helped me with optimal table placement for my space based on the rooms other uses as play area and tv viewing. he measured for level at multiple points on the table till it was perfect. both locations were left spotless. he also didn't mind that i watched the whole process as i have a curiousity about how things are put together. if or when i move again (years and years from now) i will choose him again to move my table

Very well. It was a heavy antique pool table. He took it apart carefully and loaded into his trailer. Said it would be stored until he could refurbish it. Said he would send me pictures in the future of his refinished product. Reliable, careful handling of the pool table.

Scott repaired a broken leg on my pool table. The carpet installers bent the brace on the leg while moving the table to install carpet after some water damage. Scott was extremely efficient and professional. He fixed it up in no time and charged more than a fair price.

The overall experience was very good. An appointment was set and he came and gave me the price and then leveled the table. Very nice person and very knowledgeable. We also discussed replacing the felt on the pool table. He gave me a very good price for doing that. I will be purchasing the felt and I told him I would call him to set up an appointment

Called on a Thursday morning to ask if we could get it moved on Friday. Set the appointment for Friday evening. Due to snow storm, rescheduled to Saturday. Saturday came and the pool table was brought in and installed as promised. Great work, no mess. Nice guys. Will call if/when we need to move the pool table or replace the felt

I called Scot to come out an disassemble a pool table in our basement so we could get new carpet put down. A week later, after the carpet was installed, Scot came back and reassembled the pool table in the new spot that I wanted it per our conversation the previous week.
