I asked Poseidon to repair my pool heater. They came out and told me I needed a new igniter for the heater. I bought the igniter from them and installed it myself. The problem was not fixed. Two weeks later, they returned to pick up the igniter, and credited my account. However, they would not fix my heater. After 3 weeks of waiting, there was no progress in the repair and they will not come backshow more

I hired him several years ago after I was forced to hire an attorney and threaten litigation against an other and quot;Aand quot; rated Angies list pool company. Todd was able to step in and complete the jobs that were abandoned by the other contractor. Recently after the July storm my pool new pool heater stopped working. I was worried because it was installed by the previous contractor and I didn't know who else would service it. Todd stepped in and let me know that he was a qualified technician for that brand. Tod was punctual and fixed my heater immediately. He didn't have the part needed in his truck so he drove to get the part during his lunch break and fixed it that afternoon. I contacted Nautilus Pools for an estimate on a new pool liner because they were top rated on Angie's List. I enjoyed my interaction with Matt when he came out to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable about pool liners, systems, heaters, etc. I liked the fact that he and his wife, Rhonda own the company and complete all the work. Their price was reasonable and their work was excellent. I'm astonished at what the two of them can accomplish after having multiple workers sent out by other pool companies that can't do half the work. My new liner is beautiful and very well done. My pool heater went out shortly after having the liner installed and I had them install my new heater. Even though it was the busiest time of the year for them, they made time to come out and installed my heater within a couple of days and it works perfectly. I love the fact that when I call Nautilus Pools I talk to the person who is going to come out to do the work and it is scheduled right then. There's no calling and leaving a message for the service department and waiting for a service manager to call me back. I've had my pool for 21 years and dealt with many pool companies over that time. A representative of the company returned our calls outside of their business hours to address our concerns regarding the heater malfunction (We were concerned that the spa might freeze up). The company inspected the spa and, after ordering parts, replaced the main controlling unit. All of this was done on an unit partially recessed into an outdoor snow covered deck when temperatures were below 20 degrees. My 14-yr-old hot tub was not functioning. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Steve Cole. He repaired/ replaced many parts (timer, heater, thermostat, pump housing, etc.). He had to search for parts for my old unit, but he got it going again. I'm going to have him do periodic maintenance and I will be buying a new cover from him this fallshow more

I purchased a Hayward heater less than 1 year ago and it developed a serious leak a few weeks after opening the pool this year. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a list of authorized repair companies. I contacted several and received the same answer from the first 2, which was "we can't even schedule an appointment at this time, because we are busy with pool openings". I contacted Phantom Pools and they took all of my details over the phone and said someone would contact me shortly. The next day I received an email from the owner, Mike Leone with a few additional questions. I sent him the answers, as well as some detailed pictures and he immediately ordered the correct part and told me how long it would take to receive. He then scheduled a service date. Unfortunately, one of his service techs was out sick for several days and he could not keep that date and needed to reschedule for 2 days later. He notified me in plenty of time and we rescheduled. Their communication is excellent. He arrived exactly when he said he would and conducted the repair professionally and neatly. I asked Mike to check my filter for a possible sand replacement, which he quoted me an approximate $200 for over the phone. It would have been easy for him to just do it, but instead, he checked and said I had at least 1 more season out of my current sand. I highly recommend Phantom Poolsshow more

It went well. The company had to come out multiple times for a few related problems. They were able to repair the tub in a very cost effective manner. They did not charge us for multiple service calls. They are very professional and informative. They taught us a few new tips on how to care for our hot tubshow more

Kelly is amazing! She goes out of her way every time we have called, whether it was to set up an appointment to close or open our pool, or to inquire about other services. If Pacific doesn't provide the service she gives me a list of other companies that she would recommend or at least knew of. They call back promptly and often will let us know that we can probably fix the issue ourselves. The staff is always polite, helpful, friendly, and great to work with. Matt did a major rehab of our pool last year and we were so pleased with that experience that we used him again this year to open the pool and to install a heater and a chlorine dispenser. As usual Matt came at the appointed time and did the work neatly and efficiently. When he left the pool water was clear and the pool was up and running including the heater and chlorinator. Matt also told us that our pump is leaking and since we decided not to buy a new one last year because it was old but still functional this news came as no surprise. Matt was able to get the leak to a very minor level and said we could hopefully get through the summer on the current pump but would have to replace at season's end. Matt is always so helpful and gives us as much notice as possible on things that will need attention in the future. Matt is one of the few service people I work with that always answers his phone or calls me back within hours. He is very responsive. Kash installed a concrete pool with plaster, tile, covered lights, a heater, an automation system, and automatic cover. Two of my neighbors had pools put in and it took over 9 months and they aren't as elaborate as mine. My pool only took 3 months! Best part is the hot tub he installed that's inside the pool. For the most part, the service was great. However, the installer broke our existing chemical dispenser and we had to purchase a new one (about $200). Then, when they were finished with their installation, we still had to have a plumber come out to hook up the gas connection to the heater. We had expected this work to be done by Water's Edge. In the end though, Steve made an adjustment to my final bill which I felt was very fair. They were all very professional and easy to work withshow more
