THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO CLOSE THE POOL ON MY OWN, THEY DRAINED EVERYTHING, CARRIED EVERYTHING TO THE SHED, AND CARRIED MY GRILL AND PATIO CHAIRS AND TABLES TO STORE FOR THE WINTER. THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND THEIR PRICE WAS FANTASTIC. THEIR PRICE WAS A THIRD THE PRICE OF OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WERE VERY NICE, FAST, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES MISCELLANEOUS HANDY WORK DURING THEIR OFF SEASON

AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION - COLUMBUS
They put the chemicals in the pool for winterization and covered it up. They make sure I do not have to drain and refill my pool each time. They are great!

RNM INSTALLED OUR POOL 10 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM TO OPEN AND CLOSE OUR IN-GROUND POOL. THEY ADD CHEMICALS TO WINTERIZE THE PIPES, SHUT ALL THE EQUIPMENT OFF AND INSTALL THE COVER FOR THE WINTER.

NAUTILUS POOLS
At the beginning of the summer, they opened our pool and were super helpful. A part on the pump was broken & they came back the next day to replace it. Now at the end of the summer, we have been trying to get ahold of someone to repair our safety cover and close our pool. It has been over three weeks of trying to contact someone to get them out here with no response. Very disappointing because they were kind and we were prepared to go with this company for all of our pool needs, but cannot wait around forever to get someone to respond

Capital City Pools
They were able to come out quickly and the technician that performed the work was very nice. Ultimately, they came to the house a total of three times to identify the problem and correct it. When I received the bill I was billed for all three visits. I felt that the first two visits were mostly wasted effort. I called the company and explained the situation, they called back within a couple of days and informed me they were crediting two of the service calls. While it would have been great for it to be fixed on the first visit they have been extremely responsive and fair and the final repair was good

If you want missed appointments, Fraudulent billing practices, and humiliation--use these guys

THEY ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALSO INSTALLED OUR CHLORINATOR IMPROPERLY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS, BUT NOW, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING.

CRAIG IS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO WORK WITH. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR POOL HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. HE CAN ALSO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SPA. I HAVE USED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND THIS IS THE FIRST ONE I WILL REUSE. DIFFERENT SIZE POOLS I THINK WILL BE MORE OR LESS.

R & K POOL SERVICE LTD
I was using R&K pool service for years and paying high prices, as I now realize. The service was terrible the last year and a half to the point where last summer (2007) the pool was not cleaned properly and was not able to be used (green with algae, etc.). I travel often and relied on this company to do the job correctly, which I now know was NOT done. I retained this owner/worker who started R&K company for pool and spa maintenance from the original installer of the pool. He seemed to do an OK job in the past, but in 2007 and into 2008 (summers) failed to do a good job TOTALLY. I fired this company early summer of 2008 and replaced them with a reliable pool company that was recommended to me. Hearing the tail of how terrible my pool was at that time of the first visit of this new pool company I saw clearly how bad the former company (R&K) was. I spent many, many dollars to fix what R&K did not do. I highly recommend you stay far, far away from R&K
