We usually go to Pet Smart for our animal grooming. We were there February of 2017. It was for Maggy, our older dog. They got us in really quickly. When Maggy gets groomed they nearly shave her. We have used them for years. They've always done a very good job for our long haired dogs. We've had 3 long haired dogs here recently and they have done an excellent job. We adopted a cat from a shelter and we've been there several times over the first few weeks that we had him. He was sick when we got him. We made two or three visits to them. He had antibiotics and is fine now. We always see the same veterinarian, Dr. Chip Taylor, although there are a number of different veterinarians there. He is excellent and we really like him. The place is clean. It's a nice facility for animals. They also have a kennel. We have used both the groomer and the kennel. They are excellent veterinarians. The office staff is very nice and very friendly. They are a bit expensive, but when it comes to having the pets’ teeth cleaned and so forth they are much more reasonably priced. Aimee had been a childhood friend of one of my daughter's. Recently realized that she now was a pet groomer and chose to have my 15 year old Bishon groomed with her. I had left phone message and received a call back quickly and appointment was made. Aimee and her husband were very thorough asking about preferences and shared some insights about general grooming as well. Bishon looks adoreable and seemed relaxed in the atmosphere when iIwent to pick her up. I think the fact that the animals are groomed in front room in view of customers is an advantage as I know my Bishon likes to be around people. They have been wonderful. They take my dogs early and they keep them all day. They take them out and things like that. They get lap time and everything. I have not used them for boarding, just for grooming. I have 2 dogs on a rotating basis so it's a little less. In between they do a half fee for just brushing and bathing. Our experience with her was excellent. Dogs are very nervous about that kind of thing and she was so gentle with the dog that he really was very calm throughout the whole process and was not stressed at all. I would she is very lovely and caring and very knowledgeable in dealing with pets. She truly loves her work and she loves the animals. Cindy and her staff are phenomenal. Cindy's very friendly and absolutely loves animals. My dog gets so spoiled when he's there. She often feeds him treats and carries him around in a little strap-around carrier that she wears. Cindy is so friendly that I often will stop by with or without my dog whenever I'm in the area. I love that her company is in German Village so I don't have to leave the city to have him groomed. If you like to pamper your pet and enjoy being in a more personal setting where people get to know you and your pet, this is the spot for you! They also have stations for you to bathe your dog yourself, if that's something you prefer. Over time, I've seen pets in various conditions (some haven't been groomed in over a year or have behavior problems) and they always come out way better than when they came inshow more

Rose grooms two of my dogs, one is a very large Saint Bernard whom she has been grooming since he was a puppy. The other is a small Bichon/Shih-Tzu mix. Rose has been grooming our dogs for over 8 years and she is fantastic. I have referred her to many of my friends. The convenience of having someone come to our home, who is trustworthy and truly cares about my animals, cannot be discounted!
