After completing our parking lot, we informed them that the lines had been done incorrectly and asked them to be redone. Here we are months later and the lines have never been redrawn. We made the mistake of paying them after the original job and since then they are impossible to contact and don't return phone calls. Would not recommend themshow more

They took forever to get here and stripped the lot incorrectly. They were given instructions on how we wanted the stripping completed and whoever they had strip our lot did it how they wanted to. We called the owner and he said someone would come out and redo the stripping and we still have not seen or heard from anyone. If you call them you get voice mail and they do not call you back right away. Would not use them againshow more

They arrived early walked me through what they were going to do and got to work. From arrival to job start was maybe 5 minutes. Very professional and accomidating of the other work going on at the property. They completed a massive amount of work in a day. There were three people that arrived. They began edging while one of them walked the areas with me and let me know the specifics(dry time etc). The three of them edged and blew off the driveways then filled all the cracks and finally sealed the driveways. At one point an elderly person drove through the area that they were working in as it is commonly used for a shortcut. I could hear them calling for her to stop. After she made tracks in there fresh work they went back and retouched up the whole area and were very professional about it. They will be rehired for sealing two to three years from nowshow more

Our church was looking to do some work on the parking lot. Sheedy came out on time and provided insight as to what they thought the best approach would be. They followed it up with a couple quotes for the work depending on what we wanted to do. Cost was very competititve. Overall a very professional outfit. The job was done in a very professional and timely manner despite being pushed back due to a rain delay but they were able to reschedule this project almost immediately. The concrete job is clean and looks great and I am extremely satisfied with the finish project. B and C came last fall 2013 to repair the area that we had agreed upon. They came and tore up the loose asphalt, replaced it and we thought everything would be fine. However, immediately after a rainfall, we noticed that the area they repaired was not draining properly and a huge pool of water was standing after every rainfall when the rest of the parking lot drained properly. I called the salesman, Rick Callison and he came and noted the issue. The problem was that the area that pooled water was directly in front of the doors of a business in my building where there is a lot of traffic in an out and there are many elderly people who enter there. My husband requested that they come and fix the area and regrade it to drain properly. They kept putting if off and then claimed it was too late in the year to repair the area due to the colder weather and lack of asphalt. The winter was terrible because any water that pooled in that area froze like an ice rink making it dangerous for anyone trying to walk through that area of our lot. B and C claimed they would repair the area as soon as possible in the spring of 2014. They were paid for over half the estimate and they agreed that we could pay the rest of the balance when the work was completed to our satisfaction. Fast forward to this spring. We began calling B and C again in March/April to see when the repair would be done. Mr. Callison brought out the owner of the company and they agreed that the area had not been graded properly. They told us they would try to make the repair as soon as possible when they could start getting asphalt. Fast forward now to June. B and C has repeatedly lied to us about the repair. They have told us multiple times now that they would be out and quot;this Fridayand quot; and yet the Fridays keep coming with no work done. We are now in the process of having to find another asphalt company to do the work that B and C should have finished. This company has no professionalism, honor, or integrityshow more

OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO TEAR OUT OLD DRIVE, THEY DAMAGED OUR GARAGE (CLAIM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THEIR INSURANCE) WITH OVER $3000 IN DAMAGE. WE WERE TOLD THEY'D BE OUT THAT WEEK TO PAVE. THEY DIDN'T COME AND DIDN'T CALL. THEY BILLED FOR THE JOB, BEFORE ACTUALLY PAVING. I HAD TO CALL AND TELL THEM THAT THEY HADN'T DONE THE WORK YET. THE LEFT HAND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT IS DOING. FINALLY PAVED, BUT WE ARE NOT SATISFIED. WE HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM TO LOOK AT THE DRIVE WITH US THERE TO SHOW OUR COMPLAINTS. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT, BUT WITHOUT US THERE TO SHOW THEM. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS. TODAY WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. ASPHALT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE PAINTED PEBBLES BLACK. IT'S NOT SMOOTH, WE HAVE PUDDLES ALREADY IN A 2 WEEK OLD DRIVE. COMPANY SAYS THEY ARE SATISFIED AND WON'T DO ANYTHING TO REMEDY. Contract Sherlocks to pave the areas as stated above. The day they were done I brought several areas of concern to his attention like the roller lines in the walk way area, huge scrapes in from of my new garage door, the obvious sunken areas near my home and the open coarseness of the driveway materials. I have three people who witnessed this encounter. He promised to come back and fix them. Two weeks passed and no call and no return. I called and scheduled a time and date again no show and no call. I got nastier, we set a date, he showed and patched an area and it is so obvious it looks like a toupee with a chin strap. Mr. Sherlock also told me the stones in from of my garage had to be removed and I showed him where to take the stone. He said they had to be removed and replaced with the proper compacting limestone. He didn't remove the stone after he said they had to be and he didn't put down the limestone and pack it down. A very dishonest and poor quality job by Sherlock'sshow more
