Great from start to finish this past fall. Original patio needed updated and fixed, plus wanted to expand paver area and outdoor kitchen area. He came out the next day and repaired the light like new for 150.00 dollars, He showed up at the time we set up and knew exactly what to do I will definitely use him again if I have any more trouble with my outdoor lightingshow more

They weren't able to fix the initial thing we called them about but they came back and did another job for us. They were initially going to work on our skylights and once they came out they said that was not their domain so they said they could do other work or we could get our money back. They put some block bolster on our outdoor deck and installed light caps on the posts. They guy worked really hard and wanted to make sure it looked good and we were happy with it. They did a great job and we were happy with the workshow more

The landscape lighting repair person showed up on time and completed the repair effectively. My gripe is that the 3 hour repair wouldn't have taken so long if the repair person wasn't on the phone for 25 minutes trying to talk through a problem with another client. I also expressed to both the salesperson and the lighting repair technician that I wanted additional lighting on specific areas of the house. No one bothered to call me back to set up an appointment to quote the proposed additional worshow more

He resurrected a horrible problem that I have had with the lighting since we purchased the house 2 years ago. It works perfectly now and the lighting is just how I want it. This was an Angie's List Special. I purchased this special for ceiling fan replacement. However the current fan did not need to be replaced after all. Instead Bradley Electric gladly agreed to repair my landscape lighting system for the same fee I paid for the Angie's List Special. I've used this company before and will againshow more

Bradley electrics sent a technician out to survey the work to be performed. Then technicians arrived on time and were very courteous. They informed me the company would contact me with an estimate. That was two weeks ago and I still have no estimate. I've contacted them 3 times without a call back. Very disappointingshow more

It went very bad. The Angies list deal coupon was for 2 hours of Elec Labor. The 2 men they sent to repair my landscape lights didnt know anything about them. Told me they would have to have the boss look at it. Couldnt even give me an estimate to the repair and charged me $179. Most of the time at my home was spent processing the payment to them for doing nothing. They told me the boss would be calling me back to come out and give me a repair estimate and I never heard back from them. This is very misleading to send out unqualified people to look at a problem and then charge me for a service call that they couldnt do. Low voltage lanscape lighting is not complicated and I would think since they knew that is what they would be repairing that the person that they send would know something about it. I want my money back. Do NOT USE THIS COUPON it is no good. UPDATE on Provider Response. The Response from Bradley Electric is just made up. The call from me to Bradley was very short. I asked for the $199 for 4 hours of elec work and they scheduled a time. I knew what was wrong and told them the problem. There was no trouble shooting necessary. They sent two people who couldn't work on the problem or even estimate what need to be done. I was told I would be contacted by their boss and given an estimate. I would not pay for someone to come out and not fix anything. I want my money back. I have no elec work done, no estimate of anything. This Bradley elec company is stealing from meshow more
