Despite discussing the details upfront with Robert (salesperson). metal strip used was too narrow, it did not reach all the way to the roofline which defeats the purpose of the whole jobd. I found out by accident while cleaning the gutters. They came back an guaranteed me it was fixed but in reality they fixed the area with easier access only, leaving the remaing 70% of the roof perimeter incomplete. Salesperson was confused, and unproffessional. I will never use them againshow more

This is the third time I have used B&T Roofing and have always been more than satisfied. As soon as I discovered the leak, I called the company and Robert came out on the next working day (Dec. 10) to give me an estimate. Because of my previous positive experiences with the company, I had him schedule the work. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn for the worse and we had nearly a month of either rain or snow. When I called to check on the status of the job, Robert told me they had been by the house and seen that there was still too much snow on the roof for them to safely work. As soon as the snow was gone, they came and did the job and replaced the area; it looks very nice and matches the shingles much better than the previous metal piece. In addition, the work cost me nearly $400.00 less than when the same repair was done about 10 years ago. I will need a new roof within the next few years and fully expect to have B&T Roofing do the jobshow more

Todd gave a fast response with a free estimate. Came out the next day to repair metal roof. While they were here I asked about the gutters. We agreed on the price and they replaced them. Plus we had leaf protection added to the gutters. They were friendly. Cleaned up the area really well. I am very happy with the service and the resultsshow more

Did not start work on told start date. Did roof first and did not screw down all metal barn roofing. Dropped various screws, nails, metal debris, and glass all around barn including inside animal pens where horses are kept and driveways. Did not correctly repair slate, resulting in missing pieces of slate. Also nails dropped from house roof all around in yard. Did not correctly do flashing on shingle roof, resulting in water damage in interior of house, and resulting in piece of siding falling off of house. Siding contractor ran over tree in yard and didn't inform us and ripped a window screen while working and did not repair. Owner of company was very nasty and disrespectful and refuses to fix damages and work not completed correctlyshow more

I paid a $6,105 deposit to Bryan J. Bossard of "Qualilty Assured Roofing" on 8/13/2013. A signed contract specified the sole purpose was to buy custom roofing cut to lengths to fit the house. After over 2 months and > 20 prompting phone calls, he removed gutters from front of house causing flooding through the > 100 year old brick basement walls already having weak mortar. He refused to answer calls, delayed the job into the winter when no other contractor could complete it, continued leaks damaging interior oak floors & walls, and cost me many extra thousands of $ of lost rent or a sale having to leave vacant for many months. I hired an attorney for $500 which Bossard ignored. Finally, I prompted Delaware County Ohio into convicting him of felony theft in case # 14CR-I-04-0143. He plead guilty, possibly to avoid an additional charge of vandalism. In the sentencing hearing, I believe the prosecuting attorney stated he had a similar misdemeanor conviction elsewhereshow more
