Our 15 year old Maytag dryer stopped working on Thursday. We sent emails to multiple Angie's list providers and Andrew was the first to respond at 6:30AM on Friday. He was able to come out on Friday, fixed our dryer with parts he had on his truck and was on his way. This was the perfect repair experience with fast, professional and courteous service. If we need an appliance repaired in the future, there is only one call we need to make

THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE - this company is the most disrespectful of clients time. Appointments are scheduled and they can not keep the appointments- book too many - and can't make the appointed time s- Had 5 appointments scheduled for a simple repair - tech ran 8-9 hours late - then tech put the blatantly wrong part in our dryer that could have burnt our house down. The 2nd and third techs were great - once they actually got here - my issue is with the scheduling department - the poor tech's have to get screamed at all day long because of the inept lack of service in their scheduling departmen

I left a voice mail on Mr. Curry's answering machine, and within half an hour - on a Sunday - he returned my call to schedule an appointment the following day. On Monday, he called to let me know he was on his way, and was here when he said he would be. He was extremely polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. His price was far less expensive than I was anticipating. The dryer had a burned-out fuse, and when I'd made the appointment, he had asked for the dryer's model number. When he was actually here, he had the part with him and within about 45 minutes was done and the dryer was running. I was very, very happy with his service and would absolutely use him again for any appliance in our house. The cost of service included the service call, labor, and the part. I feel it was very fair

Our Maytag dryer is over 20 years old; my wife preferred it be repaired than buy a new one. When I called Northwest the scheduler agreed that if it was practical, repair would be better. She said newer dryers are not built as well as older models. She said the repairman would tell us if he thought the dryer would be too expensive to repair; the only possible issue would be parts. The original complaint was loose or worn drive belt. The repairman found multiple issues, including some components that were marginal--they could break tomorrow or in 10 years. I had him replace everything that seemed suspect, which included the drive belt, idler pulley, rollers, and some electrical components. He also cleaned the interior of the dryer, the lint trap, and the exterior vent. When the repairman was done he said we essentially had a new dryer. My wife is very happy with her brand new dryer and I'm happy with the cost--less than I expected. The technician worked quickly, was courteous and professional
