They did a fine job. The only thing I didn?t like is that apparently they had a person working for them that bought their repair business years back. They decided last fall that they were no longer going to deal with that repair person even though he had bought the whole business. I liked that other repair person. This other guy charged differently so I can?t compare their prices. It took a little bit to get them out here but he was here when he said he would beshow more

No job is too small (removing a dead bird) or too much to ask (fixing a broken toilet on a Sunday evening. I had a light that I had an issue with so I contacted Andrew to see about getting it fixed. 2 days later his guys returned to fix the leak, re-route the heads and adjust everything to work and spray properly. The guys that responded were very prompt and repaired everything quickly. They fixed the leak and moved the line to where I wanted, then adjusted the heads. Once they had completed this in about an hour, they showed me how to work my panel to set everything up since the company that installed it didn't do that even after I asked them to twice I was very pleased with AK Irrigation and will recommend them to everyoneshow more

Micah came and looked at the issue(s) I would like the original concrete contractor to address. He showed me what needed fixed and explained how it could be done. I asked him for an estimate because I do not think the original contractor will fix the problems. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. He also noted that the landscape work his company did last year wasn't up to par. I was contributing extreme temperatures [near 100 in summer and minus 30s in the winter] to the landscaping issues. He is going to bring in additional soil and re-seed the lawn without my asking [or any additional charge]!!!! On another note - I did tell him that he is not listed as "concrete work" on Angie's List. "Hard scape"?? is the same, but not recognizable to customers! Planning and install went well. Upon moving in, problems were found. Some plants were the wrong variety and 2 trees died within months. All replaced. Second, patio held significant water. Many calls to builder and contractor needed for response. Three repairs have resulted in only a partial fix; water still collects but drains over day. Patio wall had large holes drilled during third fix; nobody home to object. Third, back mulch bed holds water (car-sized pond for days after rain, swampy). We expressed drainage concerns during planning but were told not to worry. Again, many calls and builder s assistance needed to get contractor to respond. Five repairs so far and problem is only partially corrected. Bed and retention area still damp all the time. Crews always do something slightly different that discussed (cheaper). Complaints during work not possible as nobody spoke English. Each time many calls and weeks before next "repair". Crews seemed hurried and work was poorly doneshow more

Our 8 year old small pond with a waterfall was losing a significant amount of water after the recent winter. We contacted Frazier's Landscaping to determine what was causing the leak. Adam Spencer indicated that this could be a lengthly process because they try to first eliminate the likely causes and see if they can quickly locate the leak. He initially determined that the problem was due to forsythia roots around the pond liner on the right side as well as a gap in the waterfall box that was causing the problem. After an unfortunate number of weather delays (rain, cold temperatures and snow), Adam was finally able to initially fix the problem by removing roots, replacing / caulking the screws on the top of the waterfall box and adjusting the liner on the right side. After we ran the waterfall, we continued to have the same amount of water leakage. This time the problem was that the pond liner on the left side was pushed down so that water was going under the liner. After that correction, the pond leak still continued but was much slower. After draining the waterfall box and inspecting all of the screws and caulking all of them, the pond no longer leaked. Adam also replaced the flagstone on the waterfall tiers and relayed the rocks around the pond. He also placed a flagstone on top of the waterfall box (something that we did not have previously). The pond now looks bigger and more beautiful than it was beforeshow more

They did several jobs for me around my yard and completed every one of them within the timeframe promised. Dan was honest and fair with his pricing. He was able to let me know what work could be done within the amount allotted. His crew was hardworking, professional and talented. They never wasted time and were thorough in their cleanup. Elliott (the head crew member) checked in with my from time to time throughout the day to make sure that the work they were doing was to my satisfaction. I contracted with Chris to perform repairs to the paver walkway at the front of our home in November of 2014. The pavers were coming loose from the step, water was ponding in the middle and the pavers were separating in several areas. Chis stated that whoever did the original installation did not install the proper edging causing the settling and shifting. He originally quoted me a price of $850. After starting the work, he right away came up with additional work that he claims he did not know needed done until after he started the job. Since he had already started tearing up the walkway, I had little choice. He completed the work and ended up charging me $950 for the work. Well, it looked good for the first few months. In the spring, the edging that Chris installed starting raising up along the edges of the pavers to the point that they were sticking up over the pavers. Also the pavers along one of the edges rose up and became a trip hazard. Also the sand filler started coming out from between the pavers (which we were assured would not happen with his work). I contacted Chris to come out and fix the issues. He said he would be out in a few days to take care of it. Several weeks went by with no contact from Chris. I called him back and asked when he was going to come out and take care of the problems. He said that I had never paid him all of the money he was owed for the work and that he would not warranty the work. I told him I paid him the full amount we agreed to and asked if I still owed him money why he never tried to collect it. He has not responded to any further communication and has refused to fix the issuesshow more
