WOULD NOT COME OUT TO INSTALL OPENER, INSISTING THAT GARAGE WAS NOT FINISHED, THOUGH MEMBER FEELS WORK WAS DONE. MEMBER WILL USE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER TO INSTALL OPENER

Contacted Door Depot after constant letdowns with another organization. They had next day availability, however we chose to schedule two days out. Their Installer was punctual, professional and helpful. Work was performed in under three hours and everything works great. Will for sure be doing business with Door Depot again when we upgrade our builder grade doors to something insulated and a bit more upscale

I was having a problem with my garage door opener. Based on Angie’s List reviews I contacted A1 Garage repair. They arrived on time and diagnosed a faulty opener motor. After a quote for a new opener install I agreed. They had the new opener on their truck and had it installed in less than 90 minutes. Both Naji and Tracy were polite and professional. MID STATE CAME OUT ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND SUNDAY TO REPAIR MY DOOR WHICH WOULD NOT CLOSE. THIS WAS UNDER WARRANTY, NO CHARGE, SINCE MID STATE DID THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. It took a few days for Door Depot to get the door. Installation went very well. The rubber that they put on the bottom of the door was not meeting the uneven concrete. I requested a larger rubber seal. It took about a week to get it and install it.

I had a garage door and opener installed. The opener is a battery back-up in case of power going off. I am very pleased with the door and the opener. The door looks great and the opener is so quiet.
