Rosati Windows
We called Rosati Windows along with 2 other top rated window companies for an estimate on replacement windows. Rosati wasn't the cheapest quoted, but all quotes were within $100 of each other. We liked the professionalism of the Rosati rep and their windows slightly better than the other guy. Being that we're in a condo, we had to go thru an approval process with the association before installation. The rosati rep supplied everything that was needed and we got approval in less than a week. Installation was performed a few weeks later and the installers replaced all 6 windows in around 2.5 hours and cleaned up after themselves. About a week or so after installation, Rosati supervisors came out to inspect the work and to ensure we were completely satisfied... a very nice touch

We worked with Jonathan, the owner, to review our options, understand the installation process and the costs. Once we agreed to proceed, Jonathan scheduled an appointment for his installer, James, to come out and see the bedrooms, make sure there were no issues or challenges that would prevent the installation and review our choices. James was on time and very professional. He explained that he and his crew would dig the window well area by hand. This was great to hear... no heavy equipment. James went over the different types of egress windows and which ones were best for our window locations. Based on that visit we made the final decisions and Jonathan ordered the windows. When they arrived James and his very able crew came back to install the two windows. They installed one window per day, cleaning up after themselves inside and out, leaving everything as they found it. After two days we had two new egress windows installed by an extremely professional team from Jackson Egress. We were and are very happy customers

Rosati Windows
Very smooth! They were ready to install within 1 week of the final measure which was great! They showed up to install exactly at 9am on first day like they said they would. Sean was very friendly and precise. They never touched the trim on the inside of the window (except for the windows we lowered the sills on) which was great since it's really old/thick trim! Worked late both days, but got the job done in 2 days as predicted. They look amazing and the trim on the outside is so much cleaner and more efficient

After researching and talking with other window installers, we decided to go with Jackson Egress. After several emails and them coming out to check the existing window, we agreed to the to have the 48x48 slider installed. My wife wanted the larger window for getting more light into the basement and I wanted the larger window so I could bring large objects into the basement. It was going to take over a month to get to our window but we agreed to the wait They arrived promptly at 8 as promised and began working. After working a little while I was informed that they would not be able to install the 48x48 and could only install the smaller window (no price difference). When my wife began to have reservations about the smaller window they acted as if they were going to just stop working and leave. Not wanting to have to wait months longer and wanting to start our basement remodel as soon as possible, we reluctantly agreed to the smaller window. On the plus side, they were punctual, respected our property and worked very hard to professionally install the window that they wanted to install. When everything was finished it looked great but I would not use their service again

Noe was our point of contact throughout the project. Noe performed the initial proposal/estimate, and helped guide us through the process. From the get-go, it was clear that Noe takes a feeling of personal responsibility over each project, and takes customer service very seriously. While several other contractors were only interested in talking about installing a perimeter drain, Noe looked at the situation holistically and identified that the addition of a grate drain in the sidewalk on the side of our house would be another good investment to assist with water that pooled there during rainstorms. The team of workers from Hydra was professional, coming when they said they would, covering everything in the basement with plastic to keep the dust off, as well as our floors on the main level, and cleaning up at the end of each day. The workers were responsive to our requests, and Noe continually checked in with us to make sure everything was matching what we expected. When we did have questions or requests, they were glad to make adjustments. The total work we had done was: Installation of 104 feet of interior drain pipe around basement perimeter, Installation of sump pit, sump pump pump, backup-battery Installation of grate drain in exterior sidewalk Running new drain lines from front of house to curb Installation of basement Egress Windo

The whole process from the visit with the sales rep to the final clean-up went without a hitch. The sales rep is knowledgeable and straight forward, with absolutely no pressure. The installation crew led by Mike McDonald was great. Very professional; explained what was going on and some of the reasoning behind everything and they were very respectful of our property and house. Definitely would use Ohio Basement again

The reason we went with Jackson egress window, is we like to stay planned and know what to expect and their website had step-by-step details with pictures, which was very helpful. One the day of installation, they showed up 15 min early and installed the window, just the way they explained it on their website. The only surprise was it took them only 5.5 hours to finish the project, as it was easier to dig due to moist ground. We like the additional light it brings to our basement and the quality of material they used was great. The only hick up we had was, the installation had to be delayed by a few weeks, as the temps were below freezing, which was understandable
