The service was terrible. We have a hot tub for 3 yrs old we bought from Scioto. We have had a lot of problems. It took a month to get fixed. This last time. You think if you sold hot tubs you could get parts in faster and also know what the problem is on the first visit not 3rd. Very disappointed in service. The service use to be good. That is why we purchased from them. Very poor communication to customers. We will only use them in the future because we still have a warranty but if we buy a new hot tub in the future will buy elsewhere. Use until warranty is oveshow more

Called and spoke with owner of this pool/hot tub service on providing repair work to our existing hot tub. He did call back and took down the information on the needed repairs, but never heard from him again. I even called back a second time but he ignored the call back. Would not use them for any service work for any pool/hot tube issue - if he can't perform a simple call back, can you imagine how he will perform on the repair or installation of your pool or hot tubshow more

In the beginning of working with Mr. Bullis, we were happy with his professionalism. He provided excellent service for a good price. We then had a couple leaks that required our hot tub to be lifted/moved to be fixed. It is on a raised deck so it must be raised in place. Mr. Bullis had to arrange for people to help him set the tub on blocks. This added many complications. I feel we were very patient with him but more than 9 months later it is still up on blocks and we have turned to another company to finish the repairs. The other company has not yet finished, but what Mr. Bullis could not or would not do in 9 months they seem likely to finish in one month. The other company has also had to redo a repair that Mr. Bullis did which turned out to be inadequate. This is a small company and went from sometimes not returning calls to never returning them. They also generally do not call to explain why they could not come out to do the work as scheduled or to schedule a new date. I would have been much more understanding for one of the long delays if a message had been put on their answering machine that Tim was in the hospital. Instead we just didn?t get a call back. We gave Mr. Bullis months to return and finish work, but he did not. We were hesitant to call someone else because we wanted to believe Mr.Bullis would keep his word. In all we are disappointed in the change in the company from our initial contacts with them to the current situation. We will not use them againshow more
