The fence installation (spring 2014) was fine but then when I contacted Keith to get a final gate installed I was continually referred to an employee of his to get a date scheduled. The employee never called me back, after repeated calls. I then contacted Keith who assured me that he would get the gate installed, that was September 2014. Then I never heard from him again. I have called and texted this spring and never receive a response

Mike came out and worked with me to ensure that I ordered the type of fence that was appropriate for my needs and what I wanted as far as design. Russ met with me to ensure that the rear fence was installed where appropriate for the structure of the fence and within the boundaries of my Lot. The installers were on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. This was not an easy fence installation as they had to cut old posts out of the driveway and install the new posts in the driveway. They had to even deal with a crazy neighbor, but were able to handle the problem and get the job done on time. The work they completed is very, very good..clean, neat and very good workmanship! Arrow Fence of Ohio LLC
Had our 1.3 acre backyard fenced using Kentucky board (4 board) and with 14 gauge vinyl covered fencing on the inside to keep the pets in the yard. Installation was a several step process of digging the post holes, concreting the poles in, let concrete dry, install 4 boards horizontally and then the final step of installing the wiring and the gates (2 double and 3 single wide). The back property line cut into some surrounding woods and had to be bush hogged to clear the fence line ensuring most of our property was fenced. All in all it was a 6 working day job over a 10 day period. We are very happy with the finished product both in appearance and the quality of the work. Excellent clean up. Co-owner was part of the crew and made sure we were kept informed at all times and that the crew maintained the schedule and quality of work

Keith Pickens responded quickly to our request for an estimate and walked us through options. He suggested installing cedar dog-ear fence pieces, which would then be cut into an ornamental scalloped top since we live in an historic neighborhood with some fairly stringent rules. The installers, Micah and Rachel were amazing! They were fast, efficient, extremely polite and professional. They removed all of the old fencing and installed the new fencing (one board at a time) in a little over two days, which is extremely fast for the size of our property. They were like machines. The final product was perfect! The scalloped top on the fencing is beautiful! All our neighbors were very impressed with the new fence and speed with which the job was accomplished. Everything went great with this company from the initial estimate to the final installation. Out of 4 estimates, they were right in the middle, but used higher quality materials than any of the other companies (3/4" pickets, cedar stringers, 4"x6" posts on the gates, heavier duty hardware on the gates). The installation was spread out over 2 days, first day they installed the posts (3 feet down, dry concrete + water in the holes, the entire line was straight as an arrow). A few days later they came back and put up the stringers/pickets in about 4 hours. They did a good job on cleanup. The fence is absolutely beautiful, we've had multiple people stop (on a busy road) and compliment us on it. Would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation, and they will get all of my fence business in the future

Trudeau's installed a beautiful high quality picket vinyl fence for me at me new home. I moved to a new home and was very particular about my install date. My salesman worked very hard to ensure my date was met. He went over and above in meeting me for signings and ensure the permit was received for quick turnaround. The installation was smooth and the team was extremely professional. Trudeau's was very responsive to communication throughout the process. I had several changes with fence sizing and gates and Trudeau's adapted to meet my changes quickly and ensure I was still able to install on my needed date. My fence turned out beautiful! A-1 Quality Carpentry
Our experience working with Jeff Prude and his company A-1 Quality Carpentry could best be described as "A+ Perfect" from start to finish. A-1 was one of four fence companies that we received an estimate from for constructing a wooden fence in the backyard at our home. His estimate was only one of two coming from the actual individual who was going to be leading the crew doing the work and, as one of the two smallest companies from whom we received an estimate, one of only two utilizing a single work crew for all his jobs from start to finish. His estimate was somewhat lower than the other estimates that we received but, in truth, coming in as least expensive was a relatively minor part of our decision to go with Jeff and A-1. Rather, we were most impressed throughout the estimate process with Jeff's professionalism in every respect. His was the easiest company to reach by phone and email and the most responsive to our initial inquiry. Throughout the estimate process he was also the best "listener" and the most responsive to our questions and concerns. He offered advice freely, but always with an eye towards addressing what we wanted and he never imposed his views on decisions that were, ultimately, ours to make. He gave us an honest assessment of what we might wish to consider in making our choices as well as an accurate estimate of when he would be able to get to the job. In truth, once all of our estimates were in, there was little decision for us to make, We were certain that we wanted to work with Jeff and A-1. The proof of the pudding, of course, is what happens when the work is ultimately performed. Here, we were not disappointed in any respect. After we signed on with Jeff and before the work actually began we remained in close contact with him and, indeed, made a few design changes in the fence that we had contracted. Jeff cheerfully and professionally worked with us to make the changes we wanted--which included things such as adding an additional gate to the fence, raising the height of the fence, and altering our choice of fence caps. All of these changes were made with only a marginal change in our cost. I'm certain that, in such circumstances, many companies would have found such alterations to be a basis for adding significantly to the cost of the fence that we had originally contracted. The work on the fence was done when Jeff said it would and while we were out of town, which is not something we would ordinarily allow. This underscores the complete confidence and trust that we had in Jeff, A-1 and the job that they would do. When the fence was completed, Jeff sent us several pictures showing us how it looked from a number of different angles and vantage points. When we returned home a few days later we were greeted by a fence that looked exactly as we had hoped it would--and a worksite that showed absolutely no evidence that a crew had been there doing a pretty big job just a few days before. The bottom line is that we can recommend Jeff Prude and his company, A-1 Quality Carpentry unequivocally, with the utmost confidence and with the greatest enthusiasm. This is not an endorsement that we make lightly nor, indeed, is it one that we make frequently

Jeff is very professional and explained everything to me ahead of time. His estimate was higher compared to another company but was able to come down more in price. Yoders Vinyl Fencing
I absolutely love my new fence and highly recommend working with Yoders Vinyl Fencing. I started the process several months ago (when everyone and their mother also wanted a fence installed!). Dan came out, took measurements, discussed options / recommendations and timely submitted an estimate for my review. I engaged them but indicated I could not start the fence until I completed my garage & side porch renovation. I got my property survey back and found that my fence was actually over on one of my neighbors yard by as much as one foot. Out came Dan again! During the renovation found that my side porch had to be taken down and replaced so that completely changed my approach for the fencing in that part of my yard. Out came Dan again! God bless him for his patience! I felt like I was truly living the "This Old House" nightmare of finding all kinds of unexpected "opportunities" to my plans. When all of my fencing finally came in, I was out of town on business so Dan and team had to wait a few weeks. When the four man crew came out, lead by John, I was completely impressed by how quickly they worked, how professional & friendly they were, and how when they came upon potential "opportunities" they had various solutions to offer. They were very cognizant of both of my neighbors properties while they worked. My original east fence (which was wood, bowed, and leaning) was tied into my neighbors gates and they reinforced the remaining gate for my neighbor. I must say, I have received tons of compliments from friends, family, neighbors, my landscapers and the city! I chose Yoders because of their A rating and they fully lived up to that rating. I love my back yard now. It's a place where I want to spend time. My neighbor to the east will likely use Yoders as well to match the fencing....he was equally impressed. I chose a 6 ' privacy with lattice on the top so I can still easily interact with my neighbors and not feel like I'm in a tunnel. I know this fence will last....its high quality, they used 2 bags of concrete per post, and they ensured everything was level. Highly recommend
