Called for clog and leak, diagnosed as bad garbage disposal. Upon replacing the garbage disposal the cap was left on the disposal leading to the dishwasher. Once the dishwasher was ran water ran all over the floor and ruined dishwasher. Now have to replace flooring and dishwasher. Also cords that are supposed to be tucked in disposal were left sitting in water and hanging. Was told they did not see a leak coming from ceiling when i went back the leak was as clear as day and leaking from ceiling in kitchen where we directed. Would not recommend. Offered to come back out and fix disposal but damage was already done. Very nice on the phone but work was below average caused more of a headache than before they were called. I had vinyl floor bubble up from water leaks. Amare came out and replaced plumbing under sink, bad garbage disposal, and faucet as well as performed inspection. Found other issues that I will have done at a later date. Very courteous, professional, and fast. I had to replace a garbage disposal in my mother's home. This was a relatively new, named brand disposal but the plastic housing at the neck broke for some unknown reason casing the unit to fall to the bottom of the cabinet. This was a rather straight forward job and the installer arrived on time and completed the job with no issues. He was friendly and professional. The unit installed was a Premier brand 1/3 HP. I would imagine this is a contractor unit. Three months later, all is good. By the way, my "B" grade on the price is probably unreasonable. This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" and the price was lower than market, but plumbing costs in general are pretty outrageous even for trivial jobs IMHOshow more

I called Ecoplumbers around noon because I needed someone to figure out why our garbage disposal was not doing its job. They came out within 3 hours and described the problem and that I needed a new disposal. Since the disposal was old, I was ok with getting a new one since I thought the performance of the old one wasn't that great anyway. They were able to install it right away and it works great - much better performance. He unstopped the disposal. As I will be changing the sink soon, suggested that I replace disposal then. Advised that toilet problems were tank hardware related, no evidence of clogged drains. It went well. The plumber came in, I explained the situation and he started work. Was very quiet but got the job done in a very timely manner. I gave a "B" for price but I guess that it's not bad compared to what's out there - also it helped that I had a relatively simple job. It's $40 for the service call and then $36 per half hour after that - so it may depend on the size of the job as to how economical it isshow more

got name from phone book. part of vegetable peeler jammed in disposal. the man came out during the time frame. had it removed in less than a minute. very nice and professional. got the job done, i paid him and he left. said have a nice day. couldn't have been nicer. would definitely call company againshow more
