They've actually installed two furnaces for us in two different house. They're very good, I like them a lot. We had a high efficiency furnace. In the high efficiency furnace now, they only do one company's furnaces. I've never had them put in just a regular furnace. But I'm sure they're fine.

OJ came in and went to work on my furnace. He showed my how dusty it was inside of the furnace based on the sanding i was doing in the basement. We changed out the filter after he completely cleaned out the inside of the furnace. He explained every step and measurement and assured me that my furnace was running well. We explained how the whole house humidifier works and that i could have that installed any time. I didn't depend on the current furnace. Very happy with OJ and Fire and Ice. Had them come out to show me new furnaces and AC's that we might want to upgrade in the near future

I called this company to come and give me a second opinion on whether or not we needed to get a whole new furnace. Atlas Butler came to our home because the furnace was getting hot and turning off, over and over. Atlas pointed out to me that our furnace fan was a little noisy and vibrating a bit. I questioned this and said it's always sounded like that. They were insistent that we needed a new furnace. I told them I'd get back to them. I then called Elite Services as recommended by my brother. They came out, told me exactly what was wrong and why it was getting overheated. They replaced the part, charged me the service call and the $20 part and left. They also confirmed that our furnace was in perfect working order and did not need replaced. They also confirmed for me that Atlas Butler workers get a commission on selling new furnaces. The furnace at that point was ONLY 9 years old, and Atlas Butler tried to tell me that was the typical life span of a furnace.....SO glad I called Elite. They have been here one other time for a small problem with the furnace since then and did a great job. Oh, I we still have the same furnace in May of 2012

In early December 2010, Pete Kott, sales manager, Buckeye Heating and Cooling, came as scheduled to give an estimate for the installation of a new furnace, which included a 1 year service agreement, the removal of the old furnace and furnace inspection fee. On 12/14/2010, service techs Gary and John, arrived as scheduled and took approximately 4 hours to remove my old furnace and install a new 95% AFUE Lennox furnace and programmable thermostat.. The installation and cleanup went very well. There have been no problems and I am very satisfied with the furnace and all the interaction with employees of the company. They filed the local permits and the furnace was inspected by the city and did meet all code requirements
