EXCEPTIONAL! I found McBride's Clean Air and Dryer Vents on Angie's list and decided to go with this company because it's a small family owned business that has all 5-star reviews. I called and Tony was able to schedule the work the following week, which was way sooner than I expected. He showed up on time, I showed him all of the vents in the home, and he got right to work. I am so happy that I went with this company. He not only cleaned out all of my air ducts, vents, and furnace, he also taught me a few things that I did not know for future maintenance. My 19 year old furnace quit working on Sunday morning. I was convinced I'd have to replace it. I called Care Heating after reading reviews on Angie's List. They had someone answering the phones on Sunday which was great. Tim arrived Monday morning and went right to work. It didn't take him long to diagnose a bad ignitor switch. He showed me what the piece looked like and gave me a cost to replace it. While taking apart the furnace he told me it was very dirty and parts were rusty. He once again took parts out to show me. I hadn't had my furnace cleaned in over five years and had him clean it as was recommended. Tim was very thorough and explained everything he did. I feel safer knowing he tested for CO2 even the amounts going through the flue. He also told me my furnace was well made and could potentially live another 3-5 years. It shows how honest a company Care Heating is, they could have pushed me into putting in a new furnace. When I do need one I will certainly call them firstshow more

Called for my 92year old mother I could not be there because of surgery, 1st visit to clean inspect fuel oil furnace, new fuel filter bleed line new jet, ran for 2 days mom didn’t call me for 10 days , 2 nd visit reset furnace worked 2 days , 3rd visit. you have a cracked ceramic bowl new furnace 8200.00 they had her sign a quote told her it was for 100. Service fee , it was for the new furnace taking advantage of the elderly , I went out yesterday they did not even clean out the fire box witch was not ceramic , I cleaned it out along with cleaning catch box and pipe works fine . I would not recommend this companshow more

Remodeling, what a hassle. Our old house needed a major face lift. We had sanded the wood floors, removed the old carpet and remodeled the guest bath which included gutting the entire space and replacing the drywall. Our air ducts had been filled with every type of dust that could be imagined. I refused to have the heat or air turned on until the ducts were cleaned. Quality Air Solutions did a great job. I had another company do it in the past and was disappointed in the service. They sent only one person to do the entire house. Quality Air sent two who worked together. One in the basement and one in the house. The previous company had disconnected two of our vents. We called them twice to reconnect them and they did not respond. Quality Air called me into the basement to show me that we had air leaking from the main line from the furnace. They resealed it at no charge.
