Had installed some beams in our home approx 7 years ago which worked out well so called them again this year to install a few more. They had to coordinate with HVAC installers as well. Exceeded our expectations. Everything went very smoothly from the quote process thru the actual installation. A dual sump pump with battery backup was installed to replace old sump pump. A new drainage line from the house to the street was installed as the old line had been clogged and did not allow proper drainage away from the house. new electrical outlet was installed for the sump pump which eliminated the need for multiple extension cords to the prior outlet. all in all went very well, Area was fully cleaned up prior to workers departureshow more

Aaron explained his process in great detail, had great recommendations, knew how to install a dedicated electric outlet that was needed for the new sump pump, and completed the job as promised within one day. Initially I met with Jordan Wilson who walked me through every aspect of the proposed work and the contract. He answered all my concerns and was professional. Jordan was accessible during the various phases of the work. Justin & his crew were responsible for the drain install, the carbon fiber straps and the sump pump. Tyson, Miguel and Bobby worked efficiently the two days involved. The first day was demolition and they did a good job of clearing all debris from the site. We had a dehumidifier running and an air conditioner and Tyson recommended turning the dehumidifier off to allow more slowly drying of the concrete surface poured over the perimeter drain system. The second day of the work was also done efficiently with complete clean up and hauling of debris from the area. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The sales representative was very thorough, much more than the other two company's representatives.that I had estimates from. The installation process was just as good; the installers covered the floors in the house where they had to walk and were extremely neat. They updated me on the progress as the day went on, explaining what was being done. The areas in the yard where they dug up to install the underground drain lines were replaced with the sod they had cut out, very neatly-you can barely tell where they had dug. It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement wallsshow more

The owner Paul Boeriu came out and identified the issue right away and knew the correct solution to the problem. The service was scheduled, and associates along with Paul arrived on time and began working on the issue which Paul correctly identified. They did an excellent job in determining what the cause of leakage was and installed a hydro glow network, repaired the floor, wall, and pipes that had failed. We are very pleased with the results of the installation of the Clean Space product. While our crawl space was relatively dry compared to many crawl spaces, it had begun to get much more damp over the 26 year lifetime of our home. Now we have a moisture barrier on the walls and floor, so there is no dampness at all. In addition, the product is bright white, and we have gained a nice storage area that is clean, dry, and warm. We believe that we have solved the problems associated our crawl space, and while the product was expensive, we feel it was very worth-while. The installation process was very smooth. The installer was polite, and careful as he moved through our home to get to the crawl space door. He did everything that I asked him to do during the installation, and explained precautions we should take (such as not puncturing the floor with sharp objects, or not storing objects too close to the walls of the crawl space). While the process usually takes two days to install Clean Space, our installation was completed in one day because our crawl space was not as nasty as many crawl spaces are. We like that the lifetime warranty is backed by a nationwide network, Basement Systems. This means that if the local company is no longer in business, any warranty claim can still be dealt with. Since it is not uncommon for basement repair companies to come and go, we felt it prudent to go with a company that is part of a larger network. I chose another company although the price was comparable. Other company would move washer, dryer and rolling tool chest from subject wall and agreed to paint the wall after i beams are installed.
