They are amazing!!! I first hired fabulous floors and was completely dissatisfied, and as time went on, I saw more and more imperfections. We were at a clients home and we saw Mr. Félix's work and called him immediately to fix what we considered, "what we could not live with." Felix and his crew were amazing! They were prompt, they called head and verified appointments, they were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. And in my opinion performed the impossible... They matched an unknown stain color! They were very honest about their ability and told me it would be hard but they would try. He actually combined two stains to come up with the perfect match. Carmine was very professional and punctual. He fixed several small things in my house and he is excellent in what he does and he takes pride with his work. He even picked up the needed materials from Lowe's even before showed up at my home. He completed the work on time as promised. Brian arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, determined how to do the repair, and got the sliding door back on track. To fix the handle, he ran quickly to a hardware store down the street, purchased replacement parts, and returned to switch out the new handle for the old one. He was patient, efficient, and professional. We were charged a reasonable fee, plus $13 for the new handle. We primarily needed someone to repair a leak in our shower. Initially I contacted three companies on Angie's list for quotations. Only one kept their appointment and was really only interested in a complete bathroom remodel rather than fixing the existing shower which was not in our budget. I contacted three more companies and this time Pat Ashby responded right away. I called rather than emailed him as his profile requests. He came to the house the following evening and assured me that the shower leak could be repaired and explained to me in detail where he thought the leak was and what he would do to ensure it was repaired correctly including replacing the old linoleum with ceramic tile as the linoleum had to be partially removed to repair a water damaged floor board underneath. Additionally I asked Pat to quote some other items that needed attention around the house including repairing a hole in the drywall, installing a ceiling fan, replacing a rusted exterior door, repairing the grout and replace the caulk in the shower he would repair plus around our second bathroom tub. After measuring, calculating materials, etc. Pat quoted me pricing on the spot for all of the items we had discussed he also provided a time-frame to complete the work. Ultimately Pat completed the project on budget and on schedule with minimal interruption to our family's daily routine. He kept his work areas tidy and did most of the dusty/dirty work in the garage to minimize dust in the house. I checked in with Pat periodically throughout the 2 weeks he was working at our house and he was always ready to provide detailed updates regarding progress and any issues that had popped up. He finished work on a Friday and had left the house before I returned home. I was pleasantly surprised when he stopped by on Saturday morning to review the work one last time and make sure that everything was done to satisfaction. They hired out installers who have done a shoddy job three times now. When carpet was first installed months ago they left with doors not closing, base cove falling off, transition strips the wrong size installed, and on and on. It tools them weeks to come back to fix installation issues. Not even 6 months later base cove completely falling off the walls, huge gaps in several transition strips reappearing that were supposedly fixed once. Called for the third time for repairs on morning of Friday March 6th. Was told someone would call back to schedule the repairs by end of day. It's now March 10th and not a word from Levi's. It is starting to look like I will have to call someone else to come out and fix their messshow more

I was referred to this company by a good friend who had used them recently. I reached out to Luxury Bath and was contacted by Michelle immediately. I expressed my situation that I had a leak in my shower and that water was now pouring out the back of my house. She came out immediately and quoted the cost to install a new shower. After getting a quote from another company as well, Luxury Bath has extremely reasonable and I knew from my friend's use of Luxury Bath, they did an amazing job. I loved working Michelle, she was very personable and easy to work with. Though the wait to get a shower installed would be a few weeks, she made time for me due to the sever issue of the shower and it being the only shower in my home. She had someone in my house with what seemed like a few days. There was quite a bit of water damage under my old shower once removed and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. They had it fixed and new shower installed in one day. My new shower is BEAUTIFUL! Brian showed up on time to look at the problem in late October. He gave us an estimate and scheduled a time. Other companies had come and told us we must replace the entire patio door and fix the floor inside at costs ranging from $3000 to $5500. Brian was the only one to go outside, pull out the garden hose, and methodically look for the spot where water was coming in. He then checked the inner floor under the carpet. He explained to us and showed us where the water was leaking in, and that he could repair it and we did not need to replace the entire patio door at this time; he also said he would fix/repair the wood that was rotting next to the leak in the trim around the patio door. His estimate was around $550. When Brian came to repair the door, he also found more rotting wood under the patio trim, he had to go and get more supplies, and returned to fix everything very well. He was nice and did not charge us extra for the unexpected extra work he had to do. He was very professional, very friendly and treated us well. I would surely use Brian in the future for any repairs. I also strongly recommend any of you out there, to use Brian for your repairs. He will not rip you off, he will not have you spend thousands, when he can repair it for far less. He is not trying to make money off of you. Tim at H&S remodeling is amazing. He went above and beyond our expectations, both in his skill with our plaster wall and ceiling repair, and his knowledge of the best way to fix all of our home's issues. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom. The water leaked to the kitchen downstairs. They fixed the ceiling. They installed new flooring in the upstairs bathroom. They were good. Pat mostly works by himself since he is a perfectionist. He is very detail-oriented and will not cut corners regardless of whether a defect would be immediately visible to the customer. He anticipates he may need to make additional small repairs and enhancements and usually does so gratis even though his estimate was more than competitive. Since he does many jobs he can offer valuable insights into the latest styles and products if requested. I was very pleased with the end result - his skill and professionalism were very apparent. Pat also performs handyman repairs and did a few other small projects for me - refinished the grout and caulk in another bathroom that had been poorly done by a previous contractor, repaired an interior door that had been badly planed and scratched, repaired a sticking sliding pantry shelf drawer that I was unable to figure out and most notably added a beautiful frame to a mirror that was glued to a wall. Again I was very happy with the results and the improvement they made to the house. Rite rug is a scam! We bought a hard wood floor 3.5 years ago and it’s destroyed. We said we had dogs and the salesman was like, NO PROBLEM. It’s a very hard wood. Now it is damaged so far down that it cannot be refinished. Rite rug and the manufacturer both say “oh that’s the wood, it’s very soft. This is a dog problem, you should never have bought this type”. They won’t fix it, won’t replace boards (even when I have some original wood left). They say they can’t help. Sorry. Since when is a company so corrupt, and out for a buck! I should have this floor for 50 years, not 3. And I have NO RECOURSE. Not sure at all what to doshow more
