Difficult. Please reference other reviews regarding discussions with the office staff. Labor staff were friendly and respectful of our home. Quality average. Our wood floors are already cracking and wood putty is drying up. Sealant was not very good. Ended up with grout on our kitchen floors which needs to be maintained even though we were told the vinyl product being installed wouldn't need maintenance above that of typical vinyl flooring. Job took over 6 months to complete due to revisits to correct general installation issues related to flooringshow more

I was very pleased with the work that Josh did for me. He painted my interior then came back to caulk and paint the 1/2 round after my new floors were installed. I was a bit worried because my new floors were dark and the trim was white. I was more than impressed with the workmanship. The end result was beautiful. My condo made a complete transformation with the new paint job and floors. I would recommend Prim Paints and especially Joshshow more

Jerry returned my call quickly to come to our home and prepare an estimate. Was able to get job done within the week, and right before Christmas! Wonderful experience. Gutted our ancient kitchen and laundry rooms and made them beautiful. New walls, cabinets and floors along with plumbing and electric. Did our bathroom shortly after with new fixtures, tile shower and flooring. Excellent jobs and easy to work with! Could not have a better experienceshow more

Did very good job. All in one week. Floors were also supposed to be refinished also but miscommunication w/flooring guy, post-poned the floor work until the following week. It was quite a job to move out of our first floor to prepare for the work. Had to rent a POD to store all large pieces of furniture. Other incidentals we boxed & stored in garage & basement. Due to the dirt/type of job, we moved out for one week while work was being doneshow more

Everything went smoothly from the estimate, scheduling to completion of the work. They are very responsive and willing to work with you on your specific needs for your project. Any issues that cropped up during the work were addressed quickly and fairly. They kept the house as clean as possible during the work. Furniture was moved to a central location and covered. There were minimal splatters in some areas but considering the amount of work done, this was expected. Everything was cleanable after the work was completed. The finished work looks fantastic and we are more than pleased with the service provided. We will be using them again in the futureshow more

My Handyman did an excellent job!!! The kitchen renovation included removing a dining room wall, moving all the plumbing & lighting, installed all new custom cabinets and replaced all the flooring & painted on the first floor. The bathroom renovation was the removal of tub and cabinets, installed a marble shower, new vanity and all new flooring. Every day when work was finished, they made sure everything was cleaned up. They had told me 3 weeks for both projects and they delivered. If you are looking for a company to help with any projects, I would HIGHLY recommend My Handyman. They were on time and at and under the estimated budget Our house is about 200 years old and nothing is straight.. Pat Scales Remodeling replaced a kitchen floor that no other company would touch. And they did it beautifully. Home Depot told us that there was nothing that could be done to correct the floor and Lowes Home Store told us just to cover it with carpet. But Pat Scales Remodeling replaced the floor and installed laminate flooring. It is beautiful! When they installed the deck, they had to remove the concrete sidewalk, cut through 50 year old tree roots and complied with very strict Union County building regulations. I originally just wanted the basement cleaned really well. However, I did point out to Phillip that there were some wet spots, and that I wasn't really happy with the floor sealing the previous owner had done. Phillip suggested pulling out all of the rubber-style caulk in the floor cracks, using a different kind of sealer and then painting the entire floor. And, since there was some moisture, he suggested we Dri-lock the walls. The basement is totally transformed from a dirty, dingy, semi-creepy basement into a light and bright place to use for more than just storage and laundry. The walls are clean and white, and the floor is glossy gray. I'm very happy with the resultsshow more
