I bought a new kitchen faucet to replace the existing one. I called Ando in the morning, he answered the phone and confirmed he'd do that type of job, plus the fixed price of $100 for the install. He asked me a couple of questions, such as confirming I have a water shutoff under the sink. It was raining and he told me he'd had a couple of outdoor jobs cancelled, and if I was available that day he'd come out later that day. Told me he'd call back in an hour. 1 hour later Ando called me back. We agreed to do it after he finished the job he was on. He came out to the house a couple of hours later as agreed, and took care of the install. He was polite, professional, and did a great job. He kept everything clean, dry, and neat. He seemed very knowledgeable, and gave some advice on the faucet maintenance and potential issues with that model. Everything has been working great since he left. This company came out to service my home on 4-15-21. They installed a total of 3 faucets one in the kitchen and two were installed in my bathrooms. The guys were courteous and polite and everything seemed to be ok at the time. About 2 days later I noticed that the neck on my kitchen sink was loose and it wobbles when the garbage disposal is used. I called them back and spoke with the female appointment setter and the first thing she did was automatically say “we didn’t touch the garbage disposal.” I stated “ I didn’t day that.” I reiterated that the faucet neck moves a lot when the garbage disposal is used. This was the first hint of unprofessional. Not listening and already trying not to accept responsibility before you’re even aware of the problem. One of the guys came out that day and looked at the faucet. He told me that the faucet will move like that because it is a high arcing sink with a long neck. I’ve never seen a faucet do this, and I wasn’t 100% convinced but I stated ok and left it alone. On May 11th I went to clean my guest bathroom. This bathroom is hardly ever used because we use the other two. So the water probably had been leaking for weeks. I had the water running in the sink and opened the bathroom cabinet where the sink valves are located and noticed that the inside of the cabinet was soaking wet. The valves leading from the faucet to the shut off valves were leaking water. I called them immediately and told them that the bathroom sink is leaking. The female appt setter took the message and called me back an hour later. She stated that the guys said they only touched the faucet (again already trying not to accept responsibility) and that they have no date or time when they will be back. I’m like are you kidding me? I just patronized your business for $600 plus dollars in less than a 30 day period and you have no date or time when you will or can come back?! So 4 days later after not hearing anything from this company I called a plumber. The plumber came in and fixed the faucet in about 7 minutes and stated whoever installed this faucet didn’t secure it correctly. Pure negligence on the part of this company. So I have spent money on a plumber due to their failure to install this faucet correctly. I have requested that they reimburse me the money that I paid them for installing this faucet. As of date, no response. Do not use this service. Poor response time, very unprofessional, not willing to accept responsibility, and the work obviously wasn’t up to standard. I didn't choose them because the price is way too high. They wanted over $620 after my Angies List coupon to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. They charge by the job but the tech told me it would take about 90 minutes. Who's paying a plumber $300 per hour? I'm not sure if I was targeted for a higher price because I'm a single woman but their practices seem very deceptive. The receptionist was rude when I told her I didn't choose them based on price. John the technician assigned to our work order was amazing! He called before arriving, was very courteous and was able to complete the job in under an hour! He also explained everything that he was going to do and provided some professional tips to ensure we were able to handle any “hiccups” that we may have down the road. I had all materials ready and he supplied the trap and a tube and he spent less than 2 hours and it cost $685. The faucet had a leak a couple hours later but I do not have dishwasher hooked up yet. I will check it again tomorrow. Based on average costs I have checked online, this was way over priced. I knew these guys were expensive, but this was a little ridiculousshow more

Mike replaced a leaky outdoor garden faucet and installed an inside shut-off valve, at my request. A very tough job: The faucet was through a brick wall accessible only through a small service space between a basement closet wall and the outside foundation wall. Somehow, he managed to cut off the faucet and pipe, installed new pipe, shut-off valve and fittings in that tiny space. Very neat and thorough - and very friendly. Accepted the $99 Angie's List coupon plus the extra shut-off valve parts cost as full payment. What a pleasureshow more

So far it hasn't gone well. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes out. I called to see what stop I was on the day, and Austin just kept repeating it will be 30 minute call ahead. Initial appt. 2/1, however, the faucet I ordered from Lowe's was missing a critical piece. He returned 2/2 to complete the job and even purchased another necessary part at Home Depot on his way after I told him there was another section missing with the new faucet I bought. Sink and installation was fine. Plumber replaced wax ring on toilet and stated that should fix the problem; otherwise the ceiling would have to be cut to find and repair leak. Toilet started leaking again 3 week later. Scheduled appointment, plumber didn't show up and wound up taking off half a day of work for nothing. Hired a second plumber, who stated the wax ring was too small and replaced the wax ring. No leak since that repair, but the ceiling was damaged during the second leak to the point that it now needs to be cut out and replaced. Called the owner to request reimbursement for the improperly replaced wax ring. Owner was very defensive and responded with an F-bomb laced tirade, claiming he was trying to "save" me money by not replacing the phalange during the first repair. However, since the plumber explained that to replace the phalange the ceiling needed to be cut, that repair was originally declined. Not being a plumber, I did not realize that this was not the case; the ceiling does not need to be cut to replace a phalange. This seemed like a setup for a second visit to take advantage of a female customer. Caveat emptorshow more
