This is the 3rd time I've used Bradley Electric and have had a good experience each time. One of our old noisy, fairly ineffective bathroom exhaust fans had finally failed. I had someone out first to give us an estimate (the existing fan worked on a 3" duct and the new one required a 4" duct). I also wanted to include an estimate for future replacement of the other upstairs bathroom fan, but on this one, I wanted it to be motion-activated, but also wanted to have a timer component on it, to ensure that the fan both automatically turned on, but also ran long enough to ensure all moisture was removed after showering. We discussed several options for the switch and he also suggested that there would be a significant savings if I had both fans & switch installed at the same time, which is what we decided to do. The day of the install (which was scheduled for just a couple of days later), the electricians arrived promptly (actually a little earlier than expected) and got right to work. The job was done quickly and neatly. When they were done I had a question about how the fans were actually vented. Even though they were sure that the original installation had been vented correctly, and they had already put their ladder back in the truck, to ease my mind, they took the ladder back out and went back into the attic to confirm with 100% certainty, that yes the fans were vented correctly. After initial service call, told electrician to move forward with ordering new fan. Two weeks later, after not hearing from company, made a followup call. Receptionist said it had been ordered and should be here any day. A week later made an additional followup call and receptionist said lemme check with the manager. Manager called back and said part had never been ordered and he could have it here in two days and they would be out Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning at the latest and we would not be charged another service charge. They then just showed without calling. Finished job in 45 minutes and sat in driveway for 15 minutes - we think to round out the hour for labor chargeshow more

We bought the bid deal from the website. They first called to say the fans were out of stock and it would be a couple more weeks. Then when they came they told us the fans wouldn't fit so they would have to charge us extra for bigger fans and to get them to fit in the ceiling. They were very friendly and did a good job we just weren't expecting the extra costshow more

I purchased a big deal for $99 for 2 man hours of electrical service. They sent 2 technicians. I had them replace 2 bathroom exhaust fans. One of the fans I purchased was too big for the space. I had to go and get another one, so it went over the one hour that was covered by the big deal, but they told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me more. That was very nice of them. I was quoted for $300 for the same work from a different company, so the Big Deal really saved me money. They were punctual and cleaned up very well. I used them before for electrical work and was always satisfied with their service. I will definitely use them againshow more

Keith arrived on time. Explained everything he was going to do. (our house is old so it was quite a mess) Actually mopped my floors when they left both days. The electrician they sent, Charlie, was wonderful. Keith's assistant who layed the floor was wonderful too. Very professional. The whole crew went above and beyond. The bathroom is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We only wish they did kitchens!show more

Andy did a great job while he was here. I changed my mind a couple of times on how I would like to vent the new fan. Andy was great about it. He did exactly what I asked him to do even though he had to rework a few of the items he had already completed. He had a great attitude about the rework - he said it was no problem at all. The electrician the company sent out was great to work with and I think he did a pretty good job. However, an important piece of the job was not completed - My Electric Works sub-contracted out the venting of the exhaust fan to outside. This sub-contractor completely ghosted me twice after agreeing to do the work. I called My Electric Works to resolve the issue and have not heard anything back. I spent $1500 for a day's work, which has not been completed. Mixed review because the technician was good, but the work was over-priced for what was done and the job is not completeshow more

Tyler, Chris, and their crew did an excellent job over a 2-day period, covering a significant amount of work: installing three new bathroom exhaust fans, removing several light fixtures and a ceiling fan, installing nearly 20 light fixtures (mostly LED ceiling wafers) in various areas (kitchen, family room, garage), and moving our main power line feed / meter location from the middle of the house to the end of the house (which required AEP to do a scheduled outage to our home). Everything went smoothly, and everybody — including Rob at the home office — communicated very well about all the logistics. We were very happy with the way they helped modernize and improve our recently purchased 1970s-era house. (Tyler was also very helpful in letting us know which items that our home inspector suggested, during our pre-purchase walkthrough, really weren't necessary — saving us money, obviously.) My only two criticisms would be that: 1) there seemed to be some out-of-sight but not out-of-earshot arguments between the main guys and their workers/subcontractors, regarding how the work was being done, which was concerning, and 2) when they needed to move things around in our basement, presumably to help them with wiring, they left much of it out of place — and they also left small messes in some areas (wiring scraps, bits of insulation, etc.). Regardless, I would definitely hire Bradley Electric in the futureshow more
