Unbelievable runaround. Bennett installed a dishwasher for Lowe's at our home. Technician told me "everything looks good...sign here." The first time we tried to load the machine, the upper rack collapsed on one side - was never attached. So...they installed a defective unit without verifying its operating condition. NEVER AGAIN!!! I called this highly agie list rated company on Wednesday they said they could install my new appliances on Thursday between 1 and 4. I get a call around 4:30 that he is running late he finally arrived around 6 pm. The first thing he did was to measure the new wall oven with the opening for the old one. However he had to borrow my tape measurer as he forgot his. then he realized he needed to shave a little bit off the cabinet to fit the new oven . However he did not you guessed it have the right tool. Then he worked on the dishwasher and asked if I had any white plumbing tape. He also needed to trim a piece of wood 1/4 inch as he did not have the right tools we scheduled for him to return Friday between 9 and 9:30 am. He said he would go to a hardware store and get the wood trimmed the 1/4 inch.FRIDAY he arrives 11:30 am yes another 2 hours late and no he had not been to the hardware store. He does have a saw and installs the wall oven...then he has to call another guy over to cut the trim for the dishwaher finally done 3:45. oh yeah why did it take so long well he kept getting calls on his cell phone and would stop what he was doing to answer this happened at least 20 times again NEVER AGAIshow more

Since my dishwasher had a wood panel on the front, my choices for replacement were limited. He gave the price of an equivalent dishwasher. Based on the information that I had given him, he stated that the dishwasher was probably half way through its life cycle and suggested that I repair the dishwasher if the repair cost was less than $350. I was impressed with the fact that he didn't pressure me into buying a new dishwasher and thanked him for his advice. WE HAD HOMETOWN APPLIANCE SERVICE OUT BECAUSE OUR REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT COOLING PROPERLY AND BECAUSE OUR DISHWASHER WAS LEAKING.
